Well yeah, they dont usually because you wont match vs a lvl 1 and max one or two levels above or below unless ur good enough then you climb with low lvl aswell. But they definitely make a difference, because a unit surviving with 1 hp can mean a shitton of more dps if something else tanks for it

In my opinion, they should get rid of the +1 Exlixr cost on it and make to where it adds no extra levels. Level 14 mirror, level 14 card with no extra cost.
