I’ve made over 500 of these cookies… however they do not flatten out.. they stay a ball… I have to use a butter knife to press down on them…. I have all the equipment so measuring is not an issue….
I don't understand all measurements because some say 0.63 tsp or egg 1.25 and over here I'm the U.S. they use half's, or they round it up. I tried searching, but I got no were.😅 They look amazing, though. 😊
