We had a 65 Fleetwood Brougham in white with I think black or dark blue interior growing up. It had 4 doors and what I remember the most was how many luxuries it had. Wasn’t a Cadillac but sure was pretty close. Loved that car.
In summer of 1965, one afternoon I was at the town swimming pool in Lewiston, Idaho when one of these pulled up to pick up their kids. The most beautiful car I had ever seen and of course it was brand new. I was floored. Remember it like it was yesterday, the car was so striking. I remember thinking _"So THAT'S what rich people drive!"_
I had a 63 in 67. It was one of the best riding cars. Loved the 65"s
Very nice ride; you’re a lucky guy getting to drive that around.
