I loved how they portrayed Kalas in this game. They really gave you the feeling that "Not every hero is perfect".

@@real_Furryratchet Suddenly, the fact that the player avatar was a spirit rather than the MC really allowed up this twist to feel even more out of the blue when this wasn't you but someone you rode with and trusted to be the reliable main character.
I listened to this theme and inmediately wanted this game, and it now it is now one of my favorites games of all time.

Arcturus This game is just beautiful in every way. Voice acting in a can aside, this game is an absolute masterpiece and I'm so glad I got to experience it. Actually just picked up Origins the other day.
Origins is even better! IT has a better combat system and the voice acting is brilliant!

It's a brilliant theme and one I still listen to regularly, never get tired of the segment from 0:33 to 0:57

That's caused by a bug. Choosing "surround" (even if you don't have a surround system) under sound options fixes it right away.
I'm so glad this song wasn't only used once in the game...I never got tired of hearing it.
Man.. this game was long, cool and harder than most RPGs.. and every single one of its sound tracks kicked ass.

This reminds me of those two dragons (red and blue; flame and ice) for some reason. No clue if this song was used there, but it reminds me of them and how I hated and loved that fight at the same time. It was really hard to beat them but I loved that it was a challenge, after climbing that frustrating tower.

This sounds like it was pulled straight out of Tales of Symphonia. He writes some good stuff, but once you've played a few of the games he's composed for you can hear his style from a mile away.

Me too. That blob killed me so many dang times it just ingrained the image of him in my mind whenever this song played and I grew to hate it. Now that a few years have gone by since I've played it, I can finally enjoy this song again.

@AdmiralLife well high class isn't that hard anymore cuz i already got it maxed with all of 'em so that isn't the problem but the next problem is that my gamecube crashed so now i gotta find a way to repear it since they don't do it anymore in the stores so that's my first worry xD

It's just a theory. Who knows? Maybe her fear and hatred just appeared as someone she hated and was frightened of, or perhaps Geldoblame just reacted to the darkness that Xelha sealed within her heart. Personally I think Geldoblame would have been more interested in taking revenge on Melodia.

Yeah... even Xelha isn't so perfect when you consider the theory about the very final boss in the game (that it was actually a manifestation of her supressed fear, hatred, and selfish desires)

@MusicMixah I used Kalas, Lyude and Xehla as my main team. I barely beat Malpercio at the end, though.. Lyude was the only man standing left, and he had like 350 HP left.. lol and I attacked one last time and beat him. XD

I hate it when the bosses are throwing all kind of shit at you and all you have to defend yourself with are bananas and strawberries.
This song reminds me of that fawking beetle that was way too hard to beat the first time I played the game :/
But now, that game is easy and i can destroy that bug no problem ;D
@braintheif90 Not in the first place, no. And that's what i really liked about Kalas. He wasn't (im gonna get flamed for this i know it) like Sora who's just like 'YAY LETS GO SAVE TEH WORLDZZ!" Kalas was out for something that made him so human. And i loved that most about this game, the human traits that all the characters share =D

Even though this is a good song, I came to hate it in the game because Geldoblame was such a pain to beat. it took me like, twelve tries and that last fight lasted nearly an hour.
I guess the dislike is psychological. This song is associated with fighting Geldoblame, and fighting Geldoblame was a pain.

Nah, Doomed in the Netherworld is its English name, Condemnation of Darkness is its Japanese name. So they are both right.

damn i realy like this game :D and i'm almost at the final boss but i'm stuck at the Sibling Gods :( i already got 3 out of 5 but i can't beat the other 2 :( the 2 i can't defeat are sibling god Le and He they are annoying xD anyone got a good strategie or some advice? my lvls are Kalas:50, Xhella:52, Gibari: 51, Lyude:50, Savyna:49 and The Great Mizuti: 49 xD i think it are my lvls but even those monsters in Cor Hydra Castle take some time to kill xD

Does anyone remeber what this track was called in-game in english? I think it was either "Condemnation of Darkness" or "Dark Conviction". The official english translations of the Japanese-titled tracks are different from what they were called in-game...For example, Vitriolic a Stroke was called "Metallic stroke", etc. Actually, that one was in English originally but they changed it for the game anyway because it makes no sense.
