Daud was such a deep and fascinating character. I always spare him when I play Dishonored and go out of my way to be as badass as possible when I'm playing as him.
Looved the atmosphere of these games, loved Daud's quotes throughout the game, loved his playstyle; he is the ultimate assasin, and in the end, the savior of the new world to be.
On my first run I was shocked by Daud's plea I was on stealth low chaos run but cut my way through every whaler I saw and confronted him once everyone was brutally killed. After an epic duel with him just a simple request of my mercy without making excuses and saying that he changed and something broke inside him was shocking, I spared his life and wondered if it was right choice to make, but then came knife of Dunwall and Brigmore Witches which confirmed that he DID change. Have been my favorite character since.
Caleb Cantrell I feel there should be a high chaos and a low chaos because it shows how despite his dark history he tries to change and starts to break into a man full of regret even though corvo gave him a second chance because corvo knew Jessemine would think its not right to kill a man on his knees
Low chaos should always be preferred and it apparently makes the game easier I would never know I always end up with high chaos half the time because I would be forced by npcs cornering me
When you play the base game you see he's bleeding quite a lot when he's on his knees begging for his life so I would say know, however in the case of the DLC he didn't look to be trying too hard. However Corvo in general is just meant to be a stronger character overall considering he took down the empire with only having his powers for a few days, he escaped coldridge (with a little help externally) without magic and just using skill unlike Daud who had to use magic to get in and out and even still did that in more time that Corvo took to escape. I think it's safe to say it's just because in general Corvo is a stronger character.

I considered him my soul animal
@Marcos Cottini I disagree.
"I would say I was being punished, but I know the world doesn't punish wicked people. We make our choices, and we take what comes. The rest is void."
This song feels like it was made specifically for daud, it fits him so well

I couldn't ask for a better daud tribute, well done!
Well first... you gotta become friends with the Outsider...
@Marcos Cottini the humans in the game are more devilish than he is.
@Marcos Cottini yup.

welcome back to youtube dude! way to keep up the streak of badass videos
Good to be back. Thanks.
How is it even possible to become such individual like Daud?? Just curious.
RageDrakax Too many choices to make, not enough time.
And a black eyed bastard
A city that sucks.
@@lovellhorrors1586 Thanks :D Well then, I didn't get any notification on this post. I do find it hilarious how I didn't think of that.
@@JoeChianelli Oh man, I sure kept you waiting. I could agree on that, a race for your life seems accurate for me, as I had this type of experience.
Dude.

Piggy Zilla h
Fucking aye
Damm good shit man
Super video!
I've always wondered why you picked the high chaos ending even though it ain't canon
js vanhorne a cold blooded killer like Daud getting killed in the end makes for a more poetic story
Caleb Cantrell I guess that is true but it's awesome either way

For f sake, I've been looking for Corvo Attano AMV/tribute's and there are none... yet this character has one
Is Daud spared in the Brogmore Witches if I get low chaos
yes
Caleb Cantrell
Thank you
😄
Low chaos should always be preferred and it apparently makes the game easier I would never know I always end up with high chaos half the time because I would be forced by npcs cornering me
And then the red mist sets in and you start quoting the blood angels and chaos marines and everything in a five square miles radius is dead
Did daud lose on purpose
