  • On September 25, 2022, our Founding Chair Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche joined Jet Li in a conversation exploring the legacy of The Heart Sūtra and the timeless wisdom contained within. Over the course of two hours, the speakers shared poignant and hilarious life experiences in ways that emphasized the value of training our minds, and ourselves, to become resilient and successful actors in this constantly changing play of life.
    This event is co-organised by 84000 (84000.co) and Siddhartha’s Intent Singapore (siddharthasintent.org)

Jet li is the best symbol of kongfu artist who realized what meaning of kingfu or truth of kongfu. Not as Jackie Chan or many other kongfu or mix martial artists

I love Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, especially when he has to put up with Chinese introductions that run into the late night.

I care for Dzongsar Rinpoche tremendously, however I find he tends to be dismissive of scientists and people he characterizes as 'intelligent', here suggesting the experience and embodiment of Bodhicitta, for example upon just one encounter with the Heart Sutra, should somehow be reserved for people without these qualities. I find it reasonable that people of high intelligence, though difficult to train, may be the one's who would be the most effective at ending suffering for the most sentient beings. Is it not people of high intelligence that have assisted him in his efforts to translate the words of the Buddha and spread it to so many new places? Is he himself not intelligent?
