If you mean charging with solar, the solar is not producing enough to load the house and charge the battery at the same time that why when you off them it will charge If you mean charging with Nepa, Take the inverter to repair center
How do you check how much battery you have? It's been used until the battery goes flat and the someone has to come recharge it. Unless my mechanic is conning me.

hello, if i want to set the current charge from PV 25A since it's the max recommended amp as per the battery datasheet and from utility 20A i should put on option number 6 25A or what? i cant understand what this option mean PV + Utility
what you will see eg is pv + utility = 60A and then you will see utility only like 20A , meaning that the utility provides 20A PV 40A making 60A, if the utility +pv is 80A and you want to set pv to 25A set the utility to 55A
program 6 for utility and pv program 7 for utility if you dont want utility to charge the inverter you can set p6 to 25A and set p7 to 0A meaning that only the pv will provide all the 25A

The inverter is just showing you the battery level,if the battery is dropping fast it's either the load is much , the battery is not well charged or the battery is bad

Thank you so much for this timely content, I have a 5kva hybrid inverter ( felicity) the battery is same felicity 10kwh, the bms cable is connect and the installer set the float voltage at 57v, and the cut off voltage at 51v, but I notcie my battery has never charged up to 55v, it usually stopped charging at 53v
If the BMS connection is connected and the inverter and battery is communicating,you don't need to set anything,the two devices are in sync with each other
Good enough for the price, reliability depends on how good the electrical work in the house is and also how good you use it. All things being equal Yes they are reliable but they are still more reliable products out there.

it has the factory settings on it ,it will work ,the settings is by choice
It will work but charging current if is too high to gel battery it will damage them quickly you need to put on 25% to 30% and lithium 50%

The wattage depends on the condition of the weather, orientation of the panels , quality of the panels etc

The quality of the panels,position, temperature,wire sizing etc can affect the performance of the charge controller

Error 34 means over load or output short circuit
Check the load and the wirings make sure everything is adequate

If you are using a separate charge controller,the PV will not show on the inverter.
Check your breakers and wiring
If it's still didn't show, contact your installer
Let him check the pv voltage if it is within range 110-500vdc
