Halfway through and WOW Josie. You’re saying it’s REALLY SPECIFIC, but that the entire first half (before additional messages) has resonated more than any other reading I’ve watched of yours and I’ve been watching a lot of them since I’ve started developing my relationship with him and myself. But yeah. I have ADHD and also wicked anxiety and I’ve been through A LOT and I’m currently on a real, deep journey of self-healing, especially my inner child, and a lot of the time that means I often - terribly, almost unhealthily, neglect my physical needs. I try to acknowledge my shadows to myself and work on them. If I am not showing them, it is because I know they are a shadow and I am working on them. Since I know they are a problem, why would I burden others with it if I can avoid that? My shadows are only shown to people I truly trust and are in my life almost daily and then in a limited way if possible. Otherwise, they are my problem to work on. The reason i neglect my human side is because I struggle enjoying the human experience. I haven't had much joy in living as a human, so i neglect that side of myself.
