How to check transformer winding resistance test.....

It will be measured with Transformer ohm meter.
By testing with multimeter you will get continuity (only beep) in secondary LV sides and a small ohm value on primary HV side but no beep.

while primary testing time secondary should be shorted & earthed & secondary IR doing time primary should be earthed..those details not informed sir..just for information.

For 11 kv transformer, cable, VCB, OCB We have to give only 5000 V DC is enough. For LT 500 V DC is enough to find the IR Value
