Haha, that was my old Junior High school. All of the schools in that district are just big brick boxes. All built in the 60s or 70s. Lots of new upgrades on the bike, I should post a new video soon. Been super cold where I live.
On these bigger bikes you look fine riding it. I’m 5’9” and it’s comfortable for me. The seat hight is about 25 inches. For example: the Honda Grom seat hight is 30 inches. So it’s not far off.
