no you cant...thats cuz the gameplay and all other stuff has changed and it will be a nonsense to re-edit your accout in cabal, and the changes to fit in another cabal. things are missing

hey i had the same problem. but i fixed it so:
google -> global.enc, market.enc download -> do the files in the Cabal EU Data Order and put them in. done.
