When trying to log in with authenticator (like where they give you the numbers) and going back to Outlook mobile up , it always says , “We were unable to complete your authentication flow.” and i have pressed learn more and it doesn’t seem to be one of those reasons

An excellent video. Concise and clear. Does this mean it will only ask for this authentication if I log out then logg back in rather than where Outlook is open in a PC browser always logged in?

Thanks! Every time you want to log in it will ask for this authentication, yes. So if you're always logged in on a PC, it won't ask every time.

My issue is that I have a Microsoft outlook work email. Been recently hacked and cannot for the life of me find the actual 2fa authentication. The only one it lets me add is 2fa for AFTER you’re already in the account and want to access security or other stuff.

What happens if you lose your phone?

While setting up authenticator you'll get a set of one-time codes :) These will provide you access to your account in case you lose your phone.
