Next year, use melted cane sugar for the edges it hardens immediately. The frosting is terrible for making it stay together! Literally just put sugar in a pan and heat it on the stove until it melts, dip the edges then stick together then *poof* instantly hardened and structurally sound. You’re welcome.

Sorry if it's unnecessary to share here, but my father used to snap at the smallest things, I did the same later in life while having mental health issues, and the fact that Jake didn't once get mad and just thought of new ways to rebuild the house over and over again is so amazing. I wish that was the example I saw in my childhood
