During my interview he just ask me about my profession and family as my family in Pakistan. After the refusal i go to england turkey and morroco. So now i should apply how many chances are please suggest

@@ChiawaVera yeah i highly agreed but my i20 was expired in Oct 2023,i also paid 500$ to get admit in this course but that university was a consultant favourite but i had knew too late about it so now i have to apply again
changing university will be a quesion for u in interview and if your reason will not satisfy officer it may cause hurdle in your visa butt if university is law ranking so changing it will be better option

Hello, I am a doctor applying for a j1 visa soon. I had a question about the ds 160 application. Last year I has received and subway fine for entering without payment. I was told it was a civil fine and not a misdemeanor. I have paid the fine and have proof for it. It happened by accident as my debit card had stopped working and i had not realized it. Now I want to know if I have to disclose the fine in ds 160 and what are the chances if rejection. I have a 4 year travel history and it was the only time it happened. How should I proceed? Thank you
Last year I applied for Bachelors program with my wife and have been denied two times. This time I am applying alone for one year certificate program.( reason - as per the institute’s rules married student can not do more than one year program without their spouse) This time I got the i20 from same instute(Christ for the Nation Institute for biblical studies) for one year program.And also I got concurrent enrollment opportunity at Dallas Baptized University. How can I present this information on my visa interview? Should I tell about concurrent enrollment and it will strengthen my case?? or give information about one year program only? Please advise me guys…!!

However, the visa officer informed me that my application will be under Administrative process and he didn’t mention the refusal, and he didn’t give me a paper, and told me no need for information and that I will receive an update within a week. I didn’t receive anything yet and they keep my passport. Is that a good indication and what should I do?

Hello, my B1/B2 Visa was denied last week in Berlin, I am a tunisian citizen and I live in France with a permanent residence. I work and live with my parents and siblings in France , I have visited 7 european countries including the UK. My application got denied after 3 questions : " are traveling alone ? " , " what are you going to do in Atlanta ? " , " what do you do for living ? " then he taped something on the computer and gave me the 214b document. Do you think I got the denial because I applied in a third country ? Or because of my nationality ? It's frustrating that I couldn't show my non immigration intent , the interview was too short

The university is not the reason why you were denied
