This is off topic: I am in Florida and we just endured hurricane Milton. I had three huge tornadoes within 4 miles of my house and sustained winds of 75 mph. And all I could think of is I hope we get the power back so I can watch City Play on the 20th.

The premiere league and their American centric broadcasting giants are at war with middle eastern sports promoters, like their football clubs, they are all state owned. If you think this sounds far fetched, then who would have thought world boxing would now be broadcast from the middle east. This is a silent war being played out on a monumental scale, while we all sit bitching at our screens!
There's a financial and political game being played off the field. What's crazy and sad is the extent to which fans get sucked in. That off the field game isn't for us because we don't know what goes on behind the scenes. What we know and should focus on is what we see on the field.

The issues surrounding the APT rules are now going to rumble on and put a few clubs in breach of the PSR rules. Regarding the 115/130 charges, if the PL are so sure City are guilty, why has it taken them so long to bring the case to a hearing? In any event the judgment will probably be appealed so I don’t expect any judgment within 18 months. The Premier League have handled this is a very poor way that will set club against club.
Agree. But what does worry me is the appeal process. Let’s say we’re found guilty of the bill of charges and the IC decided on a massive points deduction or simply straight relegation. We know City will appeal it. But what is to happen to the club’s standings, the players and the avalanche of lawsuits from other clubs? Let’s say we’re relegated, we lose most of our players, tons of sponsorship money and money while being embroiled in said lawsuits only to find out that the appeal goes through, and City are found not guilty of the charges for which they were originally found guilty? Is there damages to be collected for that? What happens to us if it’s in mid-season? Do we go back to Pl or have to wait?

I find it funny that on shows rival fans debate and bring up 115 charges as if it should even matter to them.. These 115 charges are literally a high up accounting and managerial ownership paper rule break and has nothing at all to do with anything on the field any city fans. It's a meaningless rule break to me and if found guilty doesn't make me feel anything bad at all. I know this has come about because rival "big" loser clubs, who once had an advantage, want to win something again by removing a top competitor and the best team in the league. You cant blame them.
