Where is all the spray foam? You could double the R values if your spray insulate them. I live in Canada its regularly drops below -30 & even more often over +30. I have doubts about the single thin bat of insulation for the floor. Do you have the total insulation values for the roof, walls & floor? Do all the outside compartments lower the total insulation value? There so many features offered here I am not interested in. If I do not want your radio, tv or satallite dish would the price be lower? I want a home to live in not graphics on the outside. 🤦♂
