It is like a semi truck you stay on truck routes with the trailer and since the bus is 45 feet about you would stay on truck routes with it. You drive the car in the trailer in town, that is why they have the trailer.

What about air suspension as well for the trailer to protect the vehicle is there a link to the trailer that was purchased what brand is it? Special thanks to the owners for putting themselves out there and educating future owners like myself!
I am wondering what the legal gross and axle weight is for the coach and the trailer. I was thinking about the exhaust coming from the coach too. How does it affect the outside of the trailer. How much exhaust soot builds up.
That’s a V Nose Trailer, not a Bull Nose. A Bull Nose is a Slightly Smaller Square Nose that Slants/Tapers on The Top, and Both Sides. Beautiful Coach, and a Beautiful Matching Trailer! Nothing like a Beautiful Matching Combo! You Can’t Beat or Top a Prevost in My Opinion!
Now say I had AA35 foot motor home a Thor would I be able to pull this trailer with that motor home are when I have problems and what does this trailer go for please comment back
You need a tag axel diesel pusher, single axle pushers typically have a 10k towing limit with a 1k tongue, better tags have 15k towing with maybe a 1500lb tongue. Thor doesn’t have anything that will pull this....you would need to go up to a Integra Cornerstone or something similar.... most 3 axle stackers start around 60k this one is more in the 100k range
That trolley is pretty cool but how does it get the car out? It uses a wench to pull it in but how about out. Also, how long is that trailer? Most states only "legally" allow 65 total feet for the total combination. Other than that, nice video and beautiful rig. WOW
Marcus Mack, I didn't think he would just un-hook it and let it roll out. With a car in an enclosed trailer it can be hard to open the door and get in if you're a guy of any size. :-}
A few years ago i used a 2004 diesel pusher lower end starter rig i would call it. Smaller liter motor. Still had an allison transmission. Actual freight liner chassis, 4 bag air ride and air brakes. I believe the motor home was 45' long and the trailer was all aluminum 28' plus the 18" V And the hitch protruding from that for a total length of almost exactly 30' + 45' motorhome = 75' Legally I never looked to much into it so I could honestly play the I did not know card if something happened. But I will say at Motocross Races, Truck Stops, Snowmobiling Out West, and using it for partying at different drag races and things I did have dozens of people tell me the overall length they thought was legal and in MN everyone seemed to be reclose to that 67' to 75' length. Most even stated that they thought being that it was for personal use they did not think it excluded us or didn't apply. A pretty cool but pretty intoxicated sheriff I hung out with at BIR in MN for several hour had no idea. He said unless he seen us going down the hwy do something really stupid him and most patrol personnel would probably leave you alone because they actually did not no the answer and wouldn't want to screw around measuring your really fun family rig and waste everyones time for ever while they measured everything, researched all the laws, than ruined the day, weekend, trip because of being off by a few inches or a foot. The sheriff did decline to give me a written copy of his opinion that i could keep in my back pocket incase I ran into one of his not as friendly and nice co workers as he was.

How much does this cost if I wanted to haul a handicapped Toyota Sienna Minivan, but I want room in front for a Trager bbq pit plus two electric tricycles
First you need to figure what the length is you need put the lengths together and price trailers that long but you also need something to pull the trailer. How did the Toyota get handicapped?
This is a beautiful, well thought trailer, but there are a few corrections that should be made. Yes, Featherlite did get sold to a conglomerate, losing some of the personal touch they had before, but the Featherlite double stacker Coach trailer is actually made with the SAME side sheet as the NASCAR transporters; a rivetless, interlocking side sheet using the 3M VHB adhesive tape. this sheet is either a .085 0r a .090" thickness. Additionally, a side door does not negatively effect the trailer strength or integrity as long as header reinforcement is used with proper engineering. As far as the lights blinking is synchronous with the bus, that does not require a special wiring schematic. Since the tow vehicle blinker only sends power in one fashion. Extra power to the trailer is not bad though..
Your stacker walls were built at .065. When Dan Belore and I built one that was an upgrade, you don't need transporter thickness. You sound like a Feathelite salesman. And your wrong about turn signals, you still have to rob them from a seperate source to get them wotking down the sides and a 7 way plug wont do it, a 9 way pug will but that limits you.
