Truly enjoyed your stories. If you two ever went back to single living. All of us viewers would be totally surprise and sad 😥. Stay in Love and continue your stories ❤ Life is Good 👍
Thanks so much Terry, we are so glad to have you with us!
@FROM THE PEN OF A READY WRITER Your reply is on every RV channel mate! LOL
@FROM THE PEN OF A READY WRITER Hahahahahaaaaaa.........:-DD I'm still laughing mate!
This aged well.
I'm living in my house alone for 15+ years.... It's very tempting to make a big change like this. Will see. I tend to have a lot of stuff, tools, hobbies, etc. A home base with a big barn and RV is all I really need.
There you go. That might be the answer right there. If this life calls you, then go for it.
Soul mates you are.
Never stop living
Awww, thanks so much! Hugs to you!
Fun video. Clever ending. 10:42
I ENJOY YOUR REPORTS ON THE RV LIFESTLE YOU ALL ARE LIVING.
Funner. No, Not a word, but just the right description sometimes.😎 Bravo to you two for having the courage to change and creating your new lives.
Thanks so much Joan. I am wondering if I can get away with using "funner" in scrabble, LOL!
We bought a used-2015 Ford Super Duty Lariat, with plans on purchasing a 5th-wheel. Well, the pandemic 😷 hit … so, no rig to pull, but we LOVE our truck, regardless. Yes, diesel costs are high, but this truck is amazing! We love the power!
Lucky you for getting your Lariat before the pandemic hit and all the prices went crazy. We are seeing a lot more RV inventory so hopefully you get your camper soon. Thanks Jolene!
Yes! Fun, Funner, Funnest when used as an informal adjective. When used as a noun, the common usage is “fun” and adding quantitative value with “more” fun and “most” fun. 🧐
Ah, thanks for this! Lots more fun to be had in future videos, see you there.
@@LizAmazing You’re welcome. Putting my English degree to use! 😎
Thank you guys 👍
Thank you for sharing your stories. I’ve watched a dozen of your videos, but this was the best.
Fun, funner, funnest! Of course!
Seriously, this is absolutely fascinating to me. Everyone has a story and too often we never get a glimpse into that story.
And for good reason. Revealing ourselves is often uncomfortable and also doing this without coming off as self-absorbed and slightly egotistical could be difficult.
But not to worry, none of that vibe here. Just real people and real life situations.
And again, to me anyway, endlessly fascinating.
Oh thanks so much Carol, we so appreciate you!!!
We hit the road 7 years when we retired. First in a travel trailer then in a motorhome. During covid we decided to go back into a home which we are just fi ished building in the mountains! No regrets!
Glad you gave it a try. Seven years is a long time!
My wife and the girls cannot change the toilet paper roll either....LOL! Nice video and very happy for both of you! I am in Northern Minnesota, but do have a "little single wide with indoor plumbing" in Florida for winter. (that's what I tell people when they ask about my Florida place 😁 ) We enjoy biking on the Pinellas trail right next door to our place in Palm Harbor, FL...but unfortunately, the knee replacement I had just this past October has mechanical failure, and I have to have it replaced again...but the biking is what helped me in the last recovery. I love to get on the road and see the country too....I need to get more time, to do this. We have young grandchildren yet that live right down the road, so that takes priority especially with my wife. We try to involve our family and of course, everyone loves to come see us in the winter in Florida, so we are hoping to get a second place down there for all the family 😊 Take care and look forward to your next video!
Hi Mark! I hope your second replacement goes well. And I remember when they were building the Pinellas Trail. I went to middle and high school in Pinellas County, graduated from Clearwater High. Happy travels to you and enjoy those grandbabies!
@@LizAmazing that's wonderful! And thank you for the well wishes. I am of course hopeful the updated knee works too 😁👍. We truly enjoy it in Palm Harbor for winter. Be safe and looking forward to your adventures for some of our own future travel 😊
You are inspiring me
Paul is my guy, he gives me that Mr. Roger's calm and secured feel 😎
Started August1984 and with exception of a couple years off been going on. First campground was about 2 miles from end of runway at Navy Top Gun school, NAS Miramar😀
WOW! Good for you! I bet that first campground was super noisy-- what memories you must have. Looking forward to sitting around the campfire with you one day! Happy travels!
Liz&Paul Amazing 🏆👌👌💡👏🤗

If you guys are still in Wisconsin there's Elmer's car museum in Fountain City
We're gone now but we'll note it for next time! And we have a few car museum tours planned, they will be on an occasional Sunday, see you then!
Love your videos.

Cheers to you, too!

As someone said to me where else would you go. Well lots of people are stuck. A neighbor at an rv park used the term “ Land Locked”. We have the keys we just need to use them.
Well done guys! this country is big, beautiful ! Go see it!
Thanks so much! See you in the next video.
Great video. Hopefully rving will remain attainable for many. I love the variety of full time rv’ers.
Yep! We are pleased to meet more and more good folk just starting this life. Thanks for watching! And here's our latest: ua-cam.com/video/iP5Xlb6awVo/v-deo.html
Funnier!
Funnier than funner!
Thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks Alan, we love having you with us!
Enjoy your videos besafe out there hello from North Carolina
Thanks for the stories. So sorry to see 2 broken marriages, but that is so common today. Glad you found each other.
Thank you so much! We so appreciate having you along for the ride!
You two are just adorable.
Awww, you are so sweet. Glad to have you on our team!
Just got back from a nice rv trip on the north shore of Superior. Even though we had nice tandem bike rides in Duluth and on the Gitchi Gami trail with days hiking at several State Parks, we're happy to be back home now sleeping in our own beds and not having to worry about gas prices and where we're parking our rig each night. Even though we like to travel, fulltime rv life is not for us. I actually enjoy my work and love to keep busy. Take care and good luck.
Exactly why RV life is not for every0one, at least fulltime. And that's totally fine. Sounds like you have the best of both worlds! Thanks for your comment!
Funner works for me.
Funner 🥴😝that’s funny,safe travels ☮️

Thank you Laura, we are always glad to hear from you!
Go over to Door county Wisconsin, very Scandinavian. Lot's of sail boats and you can go to Washington island by car ferry, and in sister bay you can eat at All Johnson's Swedish restaurant, has a grass roof and goats are on the roof eating the grass. Plus you have fish boils.
We MUST go. I wrote down all your tips for next time we are in the area. Thank you!
Nice Chinook. I have a 2004 Chinnok Destiny
Oh my gosh, Chinooks are the best!!! I'll never find another camper as good as that one.
Good video good luck 👍😎🇺🇸😍
Thank you, we love having you with us!
When that music starts around 10:30 I know I'm about to get a chuckle and you always deliver!
Awww, you are so kind. Thank you so much!
NICE STORIES ?????? GREAT you found the HAPPINESS at young age~~~~~~~~~ CHEERS.....
Thank you, cheers to you too!
I love your hair now Liz but your red hair was lovely too!
Thanks Kat. It's great not to color it anymore but I miss that red sometimes.
your stories are inspiring. I am in my 30s but will be RVing in my 50s for sure :)
Or maybe sooner! We are seeing the average RVer age go way down!
Love your show. My wife and I love camping and we live in Wisconsin. We just got back from Mackinaw Michigan. Wish we could meet You.
Yes! We love meeting the A-Team. We are gone now but expect to be back in Wisconsin to explore Door County sometime next year! Enjoy your gorgeous state!
Thefts are sometimes due to people (non-vampers) who visit campgrounds from outside. They choose good times, and cruise through looking for targets, often untended gear. They take it and leave.
At one campground near Santa Barbara, I watched a guy on foot, coming in at night from a neighborhood nearby. He had a cloth drawstring bag, and he just walked through the campground snatching whatever he spotted as easy pickings.
He probably did this on a regular basis.
Sometimes teens from nearby towns come through in cars, doing basically the same thing.
And they also periodically visit trailheads where they break into cars. I've seen it, and talked to police afterwards. In some cases, they break the windows on all the vehicles parked at the trailhead.
OMG I have that feeling all the time stuck same routine day in day out.
Yep. It might be time to shake things up!
@@LizAmazing we just traded in our 2020 22ft Jayco for for a 2022 Trancend Xplor. Decided to do it before our Route 66 trip next summer I've been planning for awhile
I appreciate and enjoy your authenticity.
Thank you both for sharing.....so intresting
Thank you much! We are so glad to have you with us!
We just got back from a two and half week trip to North Dakota and Wisconsin. We went up to see out kids who we hadn't seen in almost two years. We are both still employed so we unfortunately had a time line. We came home and are still talking to each other. I'm not sure we'd ever go full time but next time we go out for that long, we will both be retired...which I hope will be in the next 18 months. Wisconsin was our surprise place. We went from Minneapolis to the Oshkosh area and the drive was spectacular. We expected flat land and cows.....definitely NOT what we found. We ended up staying at a campground in Omro, WI. Eureka Dam Campsites....power and water. No sewer at each site but they did have a dump station. Right on the Fox River by the locks. I thought it was beautiful....quiet...peaceful. Hubby had an issue with the bugs...which I guess I didn't pay attention to. Lots of great things to do in the area too, especially the EAA Museum. Love watching what y'all have to say!!
Hi again Guys. Thks for sharing always love yr videos. .keep safe cheers Ian
Thanks Ian, see you in the next video!

"Funner" is a great word !! Please feel free to use it with happiness :-)
Thank you, Matt!
Hello. I have not started to rv yet. The big has bitten me and I'm looking at RV's. I enjoy your videos. Thanks for sharing.
Yay! So happy to hear this Penny! Enjoy your planning and research; we look forward to seeing you out here!
Hi, folks. Like your stories, the key word is escape? I always have thought about living in Maine, but Maine has two seasons, August and winter.
Maine is beautiful though and we hope to get there next year.
Great video and welcome to my home state. I started watching you back when you were solo and got hooked on all you fantastic pictures and videos i don’t see them as much hope you have a great time here in Wisconsin if you have time you need to get up to Door County
Hi Robert! Thanks so much for being here with me since the beginning!! Wow! You'll see some more of my photos sprinkled in here and there, especially when we talk about campgrounds, which always feature drone footage. We so LOVED Wisconsin and have Door County on our bucket list! Looking forward to next time~!
My folks started RVing in 2012. Not full time but probably 8-9 months a year. They have way more friends then I do. It's so great to see them so happy. Their original set up was a 40ft Teton 5th wheel pulled by a Volvo VNL630 Semi that my father had converted. They now have a motorhome and are still going. My father always says you can tell who the newbies are because they still talk about their careers and what they did for a living. The people that have been doing it for a while seldom talk about work.
Oh isn't that the truth. We are all about experiences. When we meet folks we talk about what there is to do in the area, where they've been and where they're going. So glad your folks are living this life, for us it's definitely a good fit!
I have to say...I feel in love with you guys with this video
Awww. Thanks so much! We are so glad to have you with us, Dave. See you in the next video!
You guys are the reason why I rv. In early May I bought a super duty truck. A month later I bought the 5th wheel rv. We are now part timers, being in the rv about 14 days a month. You were the first rv youtubers I subscribed to.
What a great story- you made our day!!! Paul and I look forward to meeting you on the road someday! Thanks for being with us!
Wow, I thought you two have been married like 25 years. Then when I watched the camper crash and how well you both handled it I laughed cause I would have corrected my husband and said “we” NO “you” wrecked the camper 🤣😂😭 but I was like 🤔 maybe this is a new relationship 😜 but you’ve totally inspired me to (try) to “learn” to handle things differently because I had it in my head that the first gas pump my husband takes out “we” were gonna hang this RV life up cause that would be a sign that my husband is too old to RV & shouldn’t be behind a wheel😉 but Paul has changed my mind already. Don’t make rash decisions off of emotions.
Thanks so much! Yes, we've been together 2.5 years so I guess it was 1.5 when we had the crash. Thanks for your comment and see you in the next video.
The end of your video was really cute. Thanks for sharing and your honesty. I’m glad you guys found a new life together. Aloha
Awww, thanks for noticing the ending! We love having you with us! See you in the next video!
Me and my wife are selling our house next year can't wait for the rv living. We are both in our 50s.
Oh wow, how cool! You will have so many great adventures for sure! Happy planning!!
You two are so AWESOME! BTW: I am an OREGONIAN...I live in Eugene, less than 60 miles east of Florence! And yes, we are very lucky to live in such an AWESOME place. Have safe and blessed travels 🙏 LUCRETIA
Life is to be enjoyed, not endured.
Exactly! Thank you!
There is one other youtube couple, not an RV life though, that anyone can tell how deep their love is, you are the second one I can tell the same, so that is a testament that deep love does exist, maybe one day.... enjoy
Oh you are so kind! Thank you so much!!!
Wisconsin is a great state I’ve lived there most of my life I just moved recently out of Wisconsin to upper Michigan and that was when I turned 24 that I moved out The rest of my life I’ve been living in Wisconsin my family used to go camping once a year around my birthday because my birthday is in August so we would always go camping last time it was a tent but then we ended up with some friends that had some RVs had a trailer park that just stay there and we would stay in that RV every once in a while
We love Wisconsin! And we are going to do the UP this summer. Thanks for your comment and thanks for being with us. See you in our latest video which is right here: ua-cam.com/video/r4NcdWXgZCY/v-deo.html
Wonderful story. May you continue to find your bliss
Thanks so much, we love you!
Thanks for sharing! My husband and I have been on the road since February. We will be back home for holidays then back on the road. We love it!
Yay, so glad you are out here getting a taste of this life, happy travels!
I manifested this video - 🙌🏻❤️ I said I wished they would do a video on the why!! TY both!
We felt it... Thanks for watching.
Are you still in Clinton? There is a HUGE festival coming up in October called Covered Bridge Festival in Parke county. 3 towns have thousands of vendors. Partial to Bridgeton.
No, darn it! That sounds like fun.
It is a blast! Food food food, flea market, crafters, antiques, food food food 😂😂😂
very enjoyable story 🤣 Does he get into trouble for leaving the toilet seat up Liz ? lol
LOL, he does that ALL the time!
After I watched this video I went back and watched your first one. I have always liked the Chinook. Can you tell me a few of the good and bad things about it? 😊
That Chinook was AWESOME! I bought a creampuff, just one owner. It was a 2004 and looked brand new, not a scratch anywhere. They were well-built, well-designed camper vans with more space than a typical van. They are technically a Class C. The couch and table fold down to make a king size bed. They come with a wet bath, generator and solar. They are completely self-contained and at 21 feet fit in any parking lot. I fulltimed in mine for six months. I needed more space so I upsized.
@@LizAmazing thank you. Hopefully I can find one in good shape. How did it handle windy conditions? I was thinking of smaller pop up van as well. Trying to see which one handles well.
@@wendyfilice7101 I had to really focus to keep the van in the lane during windy conditions crossing North Dakota. If I had to do it all over again I would still get the Chinook, definitely!
Wonderful story . Bless both of you.
Thanks Art, glad to have you with us!
Thank you for telling us a bit about your life. We have a new class A motorhome arriving probably in about 2 weeks. I would like to travel all over, but we own a house with 2 cats here in Northern California which would be difficult to leave for long periods. I would like to take the motorhome all the way down to Key West hopefully this year. This trip might take about 6 weeks, because we want to see more of the different states. We have driven from Ca to Fl about 3 times, but never in an RV. Perhaps we might see you in one of our trips.
Oooh, that would be so fun to meet up! We actually see folks traveling with their cats, somehow they manage to do it! I've even seen a couple catios with screenhouses on the back of travel trailers. Congrats on your brand new Class A, how exciting!
Due to the fact I have a dog I'm waiting for the weather to cool a bit so I can travel with her. I'd like to also see the pandemic stop or at least slow down.
I'm right there with you on that!!!
Love your red hair.
Thank you, I loved it, too!
Love watching you two. I'm ready to blow my life up and get on the road full time. Only I think I will keep my husband. LOL. He tells me three more years and we can retire. I'm ready NOW!!!
Whoo-hoo! I know you will let out a big WHOOOP when you finally do get on the road. Paul and I look forward to meeting you!
Thank you!! Have a great autumn 2021 traveling together!
Thanks so much, we are excited as we both will be going places we've never been. Stay tuned!
You guys truly are amazing... Love your videos..
Awww, we love you, too! Big hugs!
Found you guys quite by accident! I was just browsing and up pops a video where someone stole your bicycles. I had to see what that was all about and the rest is history!
Yay! So glad you found us. We are glad to have you with us. See you in the next video!
Enjoy your stories. We have been on the road over a year full time. It’s not always easy to be away from family and friends, but we enjoy this lifestyle.
Hi Cathy! Yes it can be hard to adjust to not having the circle of friends you had at home. What we are noticing is we are building community on the road, with the help of Thousand Trails. We see the same folks in different campgrounds and it's often a happy reunion! Here's more about Thousand Trails, if you are interested. We camp at resorts for less than $50 a month: ua-cam.com/video/cbZC97DWFe8/v-deo.html
Good end to the video, and I suppose in reality it's like here, where whomever empties it...replaces it! Nonetheless, loved the stories and thank you for sharing. We enjoy having our sticks & bricks, but it does and can tie you down, with upkeep and costs, there again, so can an RV as we have a 36' Tiffin diesel pusher, and it seems I'm always fixing something! I have an e-bike as well, so enjoy the rides you two take on occasion. I live in southwestern Canada, and we have a ton of e-bike riding as well as so many areas these days, but I've not seen the majority of the eastern U.S., so that will be a highlight as the years pass. Our next goal is to eventually head down to our usual RV resort for a few months once the dead of winter arrives, along with so many others I'm sure. Would love to bump into you two one day, but for now thanks again for the video, as I truly appreciate the time and effort of the filming and editing too.
Canada! So much to see and do and explore! That's awesome you have an ebike, we would love to ride with you. If you would like to see our itinerary, meet up with us, and communicate directly, join us on our Patreon: www.patreon.com/LizAmazing Hope to see you there!
