This special come from a tape "Cartoon Network Launch Show with Fireworks" given to people who worked at Cartoon Network before the channel launch. Also it's known as Droopy's Guide to the Cartoon Network.
Special shout out to Animation Historian Jerry Beck for letting me transfer these tapes on a media loan and for preserving these tapes all these years.
These ToonHeads uploads are part of a project to find all the missing ToonHeads episodes not available to the fans of the show.
What is ToonHeads you may be asking. ToonHeads is an American animation anthology series consisting of Hanna-Barbera, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Warner Bros., and Popeye cartoon shorts, with background information and trivia, prominently about animators and voice actors of the shorts
Over the past few weeks we've been able to find many of these missing episodes but need your help to complete this preservation project. We are missing most of the episodes from Season 1 and Season 2 and need help locating them.
If anyone recorded Cartoon Network from October 1992 to December 1996 and happens to have these missing ToonHeads episodes please contact me and we can get them transferred and preserved.

I still remember how CN aired many Hanna Barbera cartoons, which were later moved on Boomerang. HB also produced Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo and Powerpuff.
The credits at the end don't disappoint
It’s so sad to see what Cartoon Network is like today… it would have been so cool if I was alive during this golden age of Cartoon Network! I can’t stand modern cartoons these days, they’re missing the fun and carefree aspects that these classic toons have.

Cartoons that get bumpers show how much animators care about making good cartoons but not nowadays
Back in the day 1992, I was a nickelodeon kid. I got to miss out on a great cartoon network. I wish cartoon network kept the magic going to this date. When mom and I moved to Garden City Kansas When we went to someone's house, I got to see great cartoon network, and my dad's house when they got Comcast I got to see boomerang channel. I'm grateful that I got to see boomerang early 2000's. Tv used to be magical! The music video is true

Scooby-Doo doesn’t air on Cartoon Network until October 1994.
Scooby was still aired on the USA Cartoon Express during that time until 1994 when the Scooby-Doo franchise became exclusive to the Turner networks: Cartoon Network, TBS Superstation, and TNT.
However, when TBS and TNT ended their broadcasts of H-B cartoons in 1998, Scooby-Doo became the exclusive property of both Cartoon Network and sister station Boomerang.

However, A Pup named Scooby-Doo appeared on Cartoon Network in 1993.
Pup finished it's original run only a mere few months before the Turner purchase. It wasn't in the same syndication package with the rest. Which is why it arrived earlier.
I just wanted all good shows on nickelodeon to have a series finale on time so I wouldn't have to wait forever!!!!!!
I would've watched cartoon network more often if I didn't have to go to Brazil to visit my relatives all the time!

I'd tell you that they were a trillion times better before 2010.
This was the real Cartoon Network. Once they stopped showing all the Hanna Barbera cartoons and other classics, I was done with them.

You know i never noticed that before. Someone must have snuck it in there. Which would be ironic given outside of one toonheads, he never showed up otherwise.
At this point they had to still get permission from WB to use Looney Tunes in these ads. As such why they have legal print stating WB owns the characters.
