I really love your new song. You have put a lot of working into your music. The guy on the drum was very good on the drums.
❤❤❤
❤
I don’t usually like rock music but this one is good love all your songs x
❤❤❤
All the colors and pain
That you paint into the glass
Shatter my name
Then you tell me (I'm alright)
You FAIL me
Over and over and over again
(No) you lie to me
You keep on changing
You FAIL me
Over and over and over again
(No) I'm feeling dead inside
Everlasting decay
Her words like a hurricane
Withering away
Then you tell me (I'm alright)
You FAIL me
Over and over and over again
Your love is all I need
Why can't you just see?
You have me falling
Into your poetry glass
Am I suffocating?
I always try to make it right
That's it (goodbye)
Then you tell me I'm alright
Yeah, you FAIL me
Over and over and over again
(No) you lie to me
You keep on changing
Your love is all I need
Why can't you just see?
You have me falling
Into your poetry glass
Your love is all I need
Why can't you just see?
You have me falling
Into your poetry glass
Break me
Over and over
And hate me
Over and over
And leave me
Over and over
Love me
(Over and over)
(Over and over)
You FAIL me
Over and over and over
You FAIL me
Over and over and over
And you FAIL me
Over and over and over
You FAIL me
Over and over and over
Your love is all I need
Why can't you just see?
You have me falling
Into your poetry glass
Your love is all I need
Why can't you just see?
You have me falling
Into your poetry glass

he drags you in with the viking music, but keeps you in with everything else, Skol!
Big facts... first heard dane an cant get enough of him
The flawless shift between the growls/scream rock and your "normal" voice add such a punch to the music. It sounds so much deeper and personal coming from one voice.
Peyton parrish is a godsend to the music industry. I hope he makes some new viking music again soon. That shit is always gold
I agree. But it’s nice to see stuff like this and Fist Into The Air. He still brings that Viking side out in these songs, when he does his screams.
Nahh that Viking shit is cringe 😬 this is where it’s at
@@maurelius21fucking truth
This is Fire.
This song needs to be played on every rock station out there! It is truly a special song! Instrumentation and vocals were on point. Tempo was incredible. Lyrics were perfect. Great job Peyton!
I totally agree with you.
This feels like a mix of 3 Days Grace and Skillet. Really dig it!
To me, more like Skillet and Breaking Benjamin. Awesome song, my man!
Was thinking the exact same thing
@@jasonwahrenberger5618 I thought the same thing the first time I listened...
Breaking Benjamin
Yeah, i think i like it. :O
song brought me to tears because this is what i have been feeling for a while. you found a way to put my feelings into words. thank you for your moving music.😭
This music video reminds me a ton of Breaking Benjamin's Diary of Jane music video. The visuals, camera angles, the woman, all of it is like a nice throwback. Love it.
I was literally about to comment this!
@@Rock4070 me2
That would be a great line up
I think i should be able to make a video about all the reference through some videoclip and songs of Peyton. I love this guy, he smells the 2000's with a lot of freshness.
it brings back a lot of memories in terms of the sound, but with freshness as you put it :)
This is a great mix of breaking Benjamin and disturbed. Love this sound for you guys. It's got a great meaning behind the song. Leaving feeling alot with this one. You guys all showed alot of emotion through this song
That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm all for it.
And a little bit of skillet
It literally looks like a remix of diary of jane
i was thinking Disturbed
The voice is amazing
Peyton and the band you rock🔥🔥🔥🔥
The visuals were beautiful and not overwhelming and drew your attention to the lyrics. The growls were in perfect places, I liked the short pause. The message is sad and beautiful. Kind of reminds me of one of my favorite songs from skillet, whispers in the dark. The use of lights and darks were flawless. I’m going to put this one on repeat for a while while I drive.
😂mormon grup😂
I like that I do get whispers in the dark vibes
Slyšela jsem to poprvé a opakovala snad 10 x za sebou.
Neskutečné, wauuuu.
❤❤❤
On repeat. This just hits different! ❤
I love the title Poetry Glass. ❤ 🎭 🍷 🥂
OOOOOH MYYYYY, his scream/growl is so fire!!! I'm obsessed with this song!!! ❤️🔥
This definitely gives me 2006 era of hard/alt rock vibes. In my opinion the golden age of this type of music. Like breaking Benjamin, three days grace, chevelle, Red,ECT. The list goes on & on. But if this song was released back then 100% would have topped the Billboard chart and would have defiantly gotten a lot of radio play. But I'm happy that there are still people like Peyton making good music. Love it. Keep it up.
Why's the video set up remind me of breaking benjamin Diary of jane?😂
Because that was Peyton's goal for the dong and video. Nostalgia hit me right in the feels. Thank you Peyton
I'm at work in tears listening to this because it speaks to my soul and perfectly describes a situation I'm having in my life right now. This song is different from your usual stuff but I think it's a good sound for you. The message is very profound
How can you tell that you love music, great song and great voice.
This gives me old three days grace vibes- SO GOOD.
Totally agree when Adam was lead singer I saw them in concert !
im getting very skillet and breaking benjamin vibes
Give me three day grace, disturbed, skillet and breaking Benjamin vibes great voice Peyton 👌
I mean its definitely not a diary of jane video
I was getting skillet and disturbed vibes honestly but now I hear a little bit of Three days grace now that you mention it
I loved it because your singing voice is heard more than your throat singing. Yes I feel it has a breaking Benjamin vibe to it. The song has a deep meaning to it also. Your voice works very well with the tempo and music. The growls are in perfect timing and the band did amazing as well. The message just punches you in the gut. It's a beautiful song and your voice brings the emotion out and the band brings that out also. Your shifting in your vocals but maintaining your normal voice is flawless. You and the band don't drown each other out, you harmonize very well together. Which brings the song, emotion and message out that much more. I love this song, you did amazing on it.
I also like his singing voice .
Boże.. uzależniłam się od twojego głosu 🤯❤
I really appreciate you for the love and support over my career ❤️❤️😘
A great addition to the dying genre, I hope your music brings this genre back!!
Truth best genre
Hello
This music purs me back in the 2000s. I miss that era so much 😢
Wow, wow, wow!!! I felt your heart and soul in this one!! ❤❤❤ the band seemed to really feel it too! There is so much beauty in this from you,and your voice. To the amazing band. The video fit perfectly.
My favorite song👌😼🤘🤘
Excellent! The talent just erupts from him effortlessly! Well on his way to superstardom. Alot of Breaking Benjamin vibes with this song. Love it so much ❤️!
I hear shades of skillet, saving Abel, Eve to Adam, and Black Stone Cherry, and I love it! The riffs are awesome but I absolutely love how you let the rhythm dictate the flow of your singing instead of the usual rhyme scheme. This is definitely being included in all of my playlists
Dude has an amazing vocal ability
not that anyone really cares what us old farts like, I'm gonna say it anyway. heard this song on my walk to work this morning and was cheering and crying at how beautiful it is!! have always loved your sound, but it's so amazing to hear it on the radio (yes, people still listen! 🤣) keep on rocking!!! 💖🤘xoxo
I don't usually come online on this platform dear did you have telegram?
I absolutely love this song. This is literally my 12th time in a row playing it. I dedicate this to my Dad. My Dad drank and starved himself to death 8 years ago. He kept changing constantly, due to the alcohol rotting his brain & body. He'd lie about his health all the time & always claimed he was alright. He'd go into drunk rages & call me the worst names and say horrible things to me. I just wanted my best friend & his love back!I took care of him as much as I could! I was only 17 and I couldn't take it anymore. I had to leave. I loved him more than anything in the world & I still do! We both have (had) BPD too, so that made everything worse. He died 7 months after I left for good 😞 I got really bad on fentanyl afterwards. Had my daughter a year after he died. I know I've hurt her the most. I became an alcoholic a year ago. But I'm completely sober now & now she doesn't have to go through what I went through! Thankyou for this song! 🤍 My Dad was a wonderful person without the alcohol, he would've loved this song! He was a metalhead too, he's why I have such good taste in music. ☺️ Just know how much this song helped me & it's my favorite song of 2023!!
Bless you and your daughter Kaitlin! May you have the strength to stay sober and be an inspiration to her...❤👍
@@splenderella9 Thankyou so much! ❤️🩷
breaking benjamin vibes
Please don’t ever stop Peyton, I’m excited for your next songs!!
I love it it's different, but so good. The beautiful, deep and emotional lyrics and the instrumental breaks in between ensure that you listen to the lyrics with even more attention. It's a softer kind of rock, but it still touches you. The softer and slightly rougher parts in both the singing and the music alternate nicely and the rougher parts make the song even more fragile. This kind of music really touches you, your heart and your soul.
How do I just randomly stumble across this man browsing across youtube?? This shit is AMAZING!!
Algorithm doing its freaking job for once. Nice!
@@zeanyt2372algorithm always does its job if you’re paying attention
Since I discovered him like 2-3 yrs ago around the time after Valhalla Calling- Miracle of Sound came out. He's on his 3rd album. (3rd since discovering him)
Rise of Vikingr album (You guessed it Viking theme songs)
The Most Magical Album on Earth (Disney goes Rock) all cover songs.
Skalds of Metal (more Viking theme)
Now it's Soul. I really enjoy is Disney covers of Be Prepared & The Lion sleeps tonight.
I remember back when he was on tiktok promoting one of his originals "country kinda knight" he was bumping then and it's the same dope sound now but evolved
If they produce a whole album with this sound they will blow up!
❤❤❤❤ im finally in love with a new band .
Had never heard of you until today and now my daughter and I are obsessed.
🎉❤Kevin and Mike❤🎉 So proud of you both! Love your new band! Yay Peyton! Hard work paid off!! Yay Dustin 🎸
This is definitely gonna be on repeat for me in the upcoming days!
Who else in here has been a fan before Peyton got big? Or I can’t be the only one?
We need more bands like this. It’s like going back to my high school days. Great job guys.
Just heard this on SiriusXM Octanes Test Drive. Congrats on it
Man can't stop smashing the repeat button my wife hates me I don't care lol this is poetry!!!!! Keep rocking Peyton we'll keep jamming it!!!!

❣️It's hard to bear waiting so long... to hear something new from my favorite musician❣️
This song bangs!!
I wonder if he knew how much we love this track. Listening so often and not getting tired
just one: "WOW". Amazing song guys. 🔥🔥🔥
This song is the reason I will never get rid of my old school stereo and speakers! So good 🎤🎸
🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾
I just need to leave this 🖤
Stunning
I know you must be so amazed and as shocked to get a text from me. Trust me it is from me for I am so down to earth and I believe you know so well. Seeing your profile, you remind me of an old friend that I care for so much but it’s so sad I lost her to cancer about 8 years ago... she meant a lot
I don’t know what to say other than I love it! I’m a huge fan of yours. Thank you, Peyton, for sharing that beautiful voice with us. ❤
LOVE THIS SONG
haven't heard one with this kind of tone since I was in 5th grade, at the earliest. how nostalgic
Dude, I can’t get enough of this song, the riffs, but especially the rhyme scheme and the beat! Honestly, cannot remember the last time I loved a song this instantly it’s just stuck in my head. You could make me listen to just this song all day I won’t get tired.💯❤️🤘🏻
See you in Antwerp in February 😍😍😍🤘🤘🤘
Awesome song!!!
Damn this is fire🔥🖤
This was absolute fire I'm adding this to my giant playlist of Rock songs
Damn this guy is something special, just a few seconds of his songs draws you in like moths to a flame!
Like moths to flakes is a good band
Great jam! Getting All That Remains, Killswitch Engage and Stone Sour vibes to a degree. 🤘🏽🤘🏽
I love how it is so smooth and touching the instruments on point then you just drop the devil out. It really grabs you and holds on. i'm a big gituar fan couldn't get enough. i love for a song that has a story that moves you. you really did a great job. honestly peaches has been playing on repeat in my house the kids will be glad to have a new song in its place.
This needs to be on Spotify ASAP! awesome song

Dude Peyton Parrish is the best thing on UA-cam right now. I love this song ❤. Keep up the good work Peyton. Your awesome 🤘
This guy has talent. So captivating.
Heard the first 25sec was already about it!💯🔥💪🏽
This is one of my favorite songs right now
Ran into his music by accident on Facebook and instagram so checked him out on UA-cam and Spotify. Love it. Reminds me of Crossfade song like Cold with Mix of Seether Breaking Benjamin and 3 Days Grace.
You hit right on the money
I have this on repeat! Absolutely fire 🔥!!
YES YES YES 🔥🔥🔥🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼. This song F’n ROCKS!!! I already pre ordered the album and can’t wait!!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼. You rock Peyton!!

See you in Oberhausen 🙂
Dope song 😎🤘🏼
FB brought here and my wife got me hooked on this guy

Getting serious early 2000s skillet vibes from there
I love this music, I love this powerful voice. I get chills every time I listen to it. It's rare that I post comments, but here it's worth it. Thank you for this musical pleasure. If you go to a concert in the south of France I will be the first to get my tickets.
I just sneezed and accidentally touched my phone.. best mistake ever.
Thanks!
This song actually ended up saving my mental health. My last boyfriend left me half a year ago, and after the initial breakdown I kept convincing myself that I'm okay, that it had been just a couple of months with someone I met through a dating app, that it wasn't that big thing. But my thoughts kept turning back to him when my mind wasn't otherwise busy and couple of times I tried to hold back tears I thought he wasn't worth of anymore.
Then one day I heard this song, and something just... broke.
I kept blasting this song on repeat and at full volume for an hour and half straight, crying uncontrollably all that time. I finally admitted that I had fallen in love with that blasted man and mourned the end of that relationship. And after that was over, I was finally able to move on.
Without this song, I would still carry that ball of hurt with me, and sooner or later it would've crushed me.
Beautiful written song! On repeat
Wow. What a fantastic song
What a amazing song I think this is my everyday morning song for work
Wow, just wow! I just happened to stumble across this but sure am glad I did! 👍🏾🔥
Peyton is amazing because he has the self-control that some heavier bands lack. Put the beast a little more in the cage and have the patience to show the quality vocals. Great use of the signature harsh bits.
A perfect combination of Skillet, Three Days Grace, Sevendust & Breaking Benjamin! I love this song! I'm glad that Facebook advertisement brought me here! Keep rocking! 😎🤘💯
Hands up if you searched Spotify first then added this to your youtube playlist 🤟🤟🤟
OMG THIS IS AMAZING. 10 seconds in and WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. I just wish I could see you live. It's a dream of mine. And you are in the UK next year...
I just love this song ❤. Peyton, you just don't realize how amazing you are ❤️. Your voice, your band, you as whole ❤. You just have faith in your music, your band ❤. You can go so far ❤️. I can't wait for your albums release at the beginning of December. I have presaved it on Spotify ❤❤. I can't wait for February to see you and your band in Finland 😍😘♥️
I'm loving it and it's going on viral and I like the vibes
Absolutely amazing song. Love all his music
Dude this is basically breaking Benjamin meets three days grace meets disturbed love this song!
I've never heard of you before. UA-cam recommended you at the top of my unrelated shirt video. This music is so dope to me, I'm a fan now.
Saaaaame😂
🎉❤ j'adore ce morceau belle découverte bravo top vraiment
I rarely like new music but this is great number
Muse is a hell of a thing. On one end it opens doors to the expression of creativity, but it never tells you the cost of expressing your self. The battle the mind, soul, and body gets dragged into. Often unwillingly. But like channeling the spirit of God, or better put living towards the major pillars of virtue. Muses often come tethered with vibes, some addiction, and not all physical, stay weary, stay alive. Stay Livid
Im getting breaking benjamin diary of jane vibes
