I started my social media management agency a month ago and I'm at the doubting myself phase. I have 4 clients and hired 2 people to do the work (about $2000 / month profit) but I've been stressed about the people I hired doing a good job. Also one of the clients I can't outsource because they want me to be in the head of the videos. It's been a grind but I told myself I'm going to stick with this for a year no matter what, every other business I've started I'd give up really fast because of some challenge.

When closing a deal with a prospect(client), should I look for a freelancer or contractor after closing the deal? My concern is that, if that is the case, isn't it risky as there is a chance of not being able to find a contractor?

I found the contractor frist and then signed clients.
But tbh you'll never struggle with finding contractors you'll just need to quality check their work pretty heavily on the first deal

Do you still think its possible to make like 50-100k/m profit with dropshipping(of course itll have to be branded at that scale). Been trying for over 8 months and havent had much success and just doubting if it even works. when i see these people doing smma and trading making like 10-20k/m already

Boyuan as a somewhat beginner, would you recommend dropshipping or starting an ecom agency? Cause ive been doing DS for close to 2years now with only like 60k in total rev and ive jsut been doubting myself lately, and if DS even still works. Keep drop shipping, Ecom agency is too different if you’ve done 60k in Ecom then agency is shiny object for you
