A 35-year-old female, post-knee surgery, experienced difficulty achieving full knee extension during rehabilitation exercises, limiting her ability to regain functional mobility A) Active insufficiency in quadriceps B) Passive insufficiency in hamstrings C) Active insufficiency in Hamstrings D) Passive insufficiency in quadriceps
Any chance you would be able to cover the causes of triggers points in the serratus/pec minor and how to resolve them in general? I'm recovering from 2 rotator cuff tendonitis / shoulder blade instability, it's come some way, but every now and then I over-indulge in weights I'm not yet very strong at or stable with and these trigger points seem to come through, but biomechanistically I'm still not sure what's going on :-) Thanks, and love your videos!

Great timing! I'll be presenting on trigger points next month. I'll use the content for a video 😊

Anymore videos on bio mechanics please share! There’s not many out there that are great, and in kinesiology now.
@@JenniferOwings I'll have a think of some topics 😊
@@theMSKphysioI look forward to it! Thanks again!
Not clear, seems like your stretching the video to reach the 10 min mark.
I'm sorry to hear you think that is what the video was about.
