Meet Bridget Jeet Pereira, 63. The mother of SEA Games Gold Medallist Shanti Pereira is a former medallist herself, having about 30 medals in her name. She says although she can't run as fast as she could in her teens, she adapts and stays active in other ways. Through this, she breaks the Silver Ceiling.
