This video delves deep into the essence of human behavior, philosophy, and the eternal struggle between desire and contentment. It's a profound reminder that our pursuits and the dilemmas we face are not just personal but are echoed through the ages in philosophy and wisdom. It's enlightening to see how ancient philosophies still apply to our modern lives, urging us to look beyond the superficial and find true contentment in knowledge, virtue, and the improvement of the soul. The narration brings these timeless truths to life, making ancient wisdom accessible to a contemporary audience. A must-watch for anyone on the path of self-discovery and seeking a deeper understanding of life's complexities.

You made this great native american video, are you planning on making a wise aboriginal quotes video one day ? Maybe one for Star wars quotes. Could help to get more people on the channel, star wars is popular. I respect your work. Good videos to listen to, while on train, while falling asleep and during meditation.
One of my favorites comes from Plato's Phaedo:
"...if all things which partook of life were to die, and after they were dead remained in the form of death, and did not come to life again, all would at last die, and nothing would be alive - how could this be otherwise? For if the living spring from any others who are not the dead, and they die, must not all things at last be swallowed up in death?"
That's a great quote
Nice quotes..
Glad you like them!
Thank you as always.
My pleasure
So good to have a stoicism channel that is the Actual Words of Actual stoics and NOT some AI generated script interpreting the stoics.
