- I put together videos of my favorite scenes, quotes, battles etc. from Beast Wars starting from episode 1. Some funny, some more serious, some long, and some short. Hope you Enjoy.

People complaining about the animation quality just don't get it. Your smartphone probably has more processing power than the computer this show was rendered on. Also, each season has significant upgrades in animation quality. S3 animation holds up extremely well. Especially the water effects. But those of us who grew up with this show? It looked great. More than that though? It was the story being told and the characters that populated the story. This is as good as Transformers ever got on TV. It mostly holds up pretty well. The story that is. Yes S1 animation looks iffy and like those animatics you see for action scenes in expensive movies...but I can look past all that no problem.

If I remember correctly these guys were also the pioneers to tv CG and went on to do some amazing CG work maybe not as a group but splitting up and moving around to different places

I really wish they could somehow bring back this transformers. I love the idea of a primitive earth being a battleground for the transformers and the animal transformations are just badass!
I entertained the idea of making a Prime version of Beast Wars. Because the ending of Prime would make a great setting for a new beast wars.

The voice acting is amazing. Wazzpinator is the best.
And to think he was a hated character by both the creators and fans back in the initial days of the show...
@@michaelandreipalon359 i kinda see why. He's kind of annoying and stupid but not in the funny way like Terasaur. Out of all the Predacons, he's my least favorite.

It's actually a very common thing, and Megatron has been compared to the other Purple Dinosaur since he first appeared, and people made comparisons between them.

Their body literally changes its shape in a very short amount of time. I’d imagine that would be incredibly painful.

And it holds up in quality content like many Nintendo 64 games too.

The battle between Optimass and the Dinobots is my favorite scene.
Its crazy that Waspinator never changed but still had actual character development and an arc. Most underrated transformer ever!

It's like how when you remember yourself playing old PS2 games in the early 2000s and in your mind they always had super realistic graphics until you actually load them up again.
Still, as time goes on, you realize how people put countless days into creating something timeless, and you have fun watching the show evolve and improve over it's course

In China, this series' name is 猛兽侠 which mean is Beast warriors, and has enormous fans who was born in 1990s. it's absolutely incredible, I favorite one is the rat warrior.

AWESOME! Thanks for posting. I LOVE this show! For those just worried about the CGI for me Beast Wars is like a good retro game. It's about more than just the graphics. If that is too much of an issue then this show is not for you. BTW Takara just released some images of their Masterpiece Optimus Primal and it looks AMAZING!
I miss this show and the cast. I can only pray that the original cast gets, uhh, cast in the new Transformer movie.

Watched this when I was a kid. I thought it was awesome. I get the fact animation in those days was new, but it's definitely not aged well .
Only CGI wise. Story-wise it is phenomenal.
Even the CGI still remains as expressive as it needed to be within the show itself. Not many can fully take advantage of expressive CGI back then.

I cant be the only one who saw one clip of beast wars in a transformers meme video and thought it was a really high quality ps1 game or an average ps2 game, anyway still good, especially if you want a nice and funny tf show. Entertaining and a lot of laughable moments with the ps2 graphics😂

Man I wish I can watch this since it gave us Garry Chulk and David Kaye. Don’t get me wrong I like Peter Cullen and Frank Welker but something about David and Garry’s voice mostly in the Armada Trilogy they’re more younger in leadership, battle all that stuff mostly Garry’s Optimus in Energon is more cocky during his combiners forms

Some of this CG still looks great, other parts just look horrible. The Transformers themselves look great, as do the ships and animals, but those landscapes could DEFINITELY use a modern touch-up!
