Replacing the PDG-309 connector on the KZ-2 semi-automatic torch MIG / MAG Abicor Binzel.

We need: Slotted screwdriver, wrench 10, 13 and 14, an adjustable wrench and a knife.
- Unscrew the 4 screw slotted screwdriver;
- Remove the plastic shell;
- By two wrenches, 13 and 14, unscrew the hose from the pin BIKOX package;
- By key 10 unscrew the collet clamping Bowden;
- Remove Bowden from the burner, as for the KZ-2 connectors need Bowden with a plastic collet;
- Collect, taken from the burner, the PDG connector 309;
- Dismantling the plastic casing connector KZ-2 produced without the use of tools, except for one screw, which gets out with a screwdriver;
- Attach the central connector KZ-2 501.0003 on hosepack BIKOX, and tighten the nut 14;
- Connect the wires from the controls to the corresponding connectors;
- Fix the screw of plastic body to the central plug KZ-2;
- Assemble the plastic case;
- Take the spiral feed (Bowden) with a plastic collet and puts it into his sleeve;
- Tighten the screws union KZ-2, the locking feeding spiral
