- The largest transformers in the world (1100 kV) where developed, built and tested by ABB Ludvika for a 3000 km transmission link in China. The transformer tanks was not delivered. One of them is now placed in the city center as the landmark of Ludvika.
This is amazing to see happen, what a skilled driver. Getting that huge tank through the tiny streets is no small feat!
Makes me want to do another mission like this in Euro Truck Simulator.
You all prolly dont care but does anybody know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account??
I was stupid lost the account password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me!
@Theodore Corbin Instablaster :)
A yeah! You're back! Great to see your video.
Thanks!
Nice to see you back! 🤗
Thanks!
Thanks for filming, love seeing this "once in a life time" venture
And without knowing they build *ART* I like it
Thanks for watching :)
Välkommen tillbaka! Hoppas på fler fina filmer framöver. Inte minst bilbärgarfilmer. Där är du bäst!
Tack!
Good to see you back!
Always enjoy the videos. 👍👍
Thanks!
Ok, is this going be a modern art piece now. Good to see you posting again. I love your videos. Thanks from the USA.
Nice to hear! Thanks!
Not modern art, a landmark and a transformer that can supply power to the entire city in a crisis.
Schicke Strecke,da bekommt man die lustigen 5 Minuten ! MFG Michael, Hamburg, Germany
Tack!
An impressive transport, ABB transformers, given my experience, they make a good product.
It's a Munchy Lufkin , not a transformer.
@@LucifersDeathSquad It is a transformer?
@@victortakflakt - NOOOOOOO !!!!! Its a deceptacon not a transformer. Of the munchy Lufkin clan of eurasia. Jesus, do i always have to spell this stuff out.
In germany unthinkable! No wood for the tires and the street, small street with parking cars. The police say no to a transport like this. Yes, in germany the police must escort.
We miss the voice! ;-)
:)
What purpose would would wood serve? I don't get it
@@oljefri Save the tires from being shredded by curbs !
In Sweden we have something called Vägtransportledare. They are appointed and governed by the Police and they are ment to handle the policing of abnormal loads. At 5:00 you clearly see one of their vehicles. The big yellow van with the red and white chevrons. :)
Chris seems to be another one of those depressing Germans who can't seem to find anything positive about the country they live in. Cheer up my friend.
Captivating viewing.
Duktigt kämpat av dragaren :p
Trevligt klipp, såna transporter ser man inte varje dag precis =).
4:44 hat jemand gesehen, wer meinen linken Seitenspiegel abgebrochen hat???
So glad to see a video from you.
I have to ask what is this?
What a well executed transport !
@Thu Nell Ⓥ I wonder why we ( I ) forget to 'read the instructions' all the time.. Thanks! LOL!
Thanks!
i have this transformators built for abb and siemens . steal work .!!!!!!!! 23 years . every day
Good driver 👍
And then we have the people that could'nt even park their car..
Non the less the people that you see on the hardware store with a trailer..😂
ETS 3 is looking real good.
Ein V8 Diesel ist etwas fürs Herz.... 😍 😍
Why no delivery to China?
Some transport problem I think
China hacked into Abbs computers while they were building it and stole the blueprints so they are building it them selfs, probably 😄
But the expansion tank is missing and the oil coolers
Härligt😍 mercan är bäst💪
Häftigt!
My family is from Persberg.... I am sure I have LONG LOST family in Ludvika (we left because the neighbors always ate surstromming on Fridays)
That's not a reason to leave, that's a reason to take a snaps. skål!

By DNA it seems we might have been "Forest Finns" come to Sweden around 1750
"Skogsfinnar" need FRESH, CLEAN AIR so we went to Michigan, USA then ALASKA
See youtube "Yukon Passage" documentary of Swedes going NORTH
80t
Why didnt they clear the tiny streets for cars beforehand! 🙈🙈😰Would have made it a lot!! Easier for the very skillful!👍👏👏 driver
Is this far from Karlskoga? I've lived there few years..
about 140 km by car
@@ADVideofilm Witch way? North east? Just curious, because i live now in small town (cince moved here back in late '70s from there), where the Azipod's bases are made: Taivalkoski.. In Karlskoga, my late father were only a carrier for acids at Bofors and mother were moldhandler at JHPlast..
It is south from this town, Ludvika
Ok,somehow i got it.. 😁 Road to Örebro still were the giveaway.. It may be, that i'll come there to confirm all places, wich i remember faintly. I've first lived also in Hälleforsnäs and Norrköping, like most people from this region used to do in 60's and 70's..
@@ADVideofilm ok.. Great videos from you btw.
Impressive
wow keren..
why the hell didn't they make a 1Ton replica instead of using a 100Tons thing for a landmark, just facepalm....
Wtf did they transport dude. What is that.
It’s a transformer. Hitachi HVDC is the landmark of ludvika
Why do these transformers don't get sent by Mammoet, will be easier compared to trucks.
I assume you mean Self-propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT) which Mammoet happens to own a lot of. They are not really set up to go long distances. They can but if it can be avoided they don't. They are extremely slow, complicated and timely to set up, operate and disasemble = expensive. This trailer has the same concept of turning and lifting wheels just power is proved by the truck.
@@TheJttv Depending on the weight of the heaviest part of the disassembled module , it would mean have a slow road transport rolling between Ludvika and Norrköping (or maybe Västerås if the heaviest part is light enough for the crane there.)
Norrköping - Ludvika is 180 km as the bird flies.
GRÄNGESBERG!!!
Ludvika?
Kimly Sand kokar kaffe
@@cynomyS ok
My God... I'm glad I'm not a taxpayer of Ludvika... I guess this expression of modern art is at the expense of public funds.... The pride of Ludvika.... Holy.
First of all, 0 dollars from taxpayers went to this, ABB donated the transformer to the community since ABB is basically Ludvika, without ABB this town wouldn't exist.
And this is not 'modern art'.
It's a landmark of Ludvika, without ABB this town wouldn't be special or important what so ever, it's a working transformer that can supply power to the entire town in case of an emergency.
Like rebel son Said.
Aussies don’t do it like that, we crossover at the intersection before an obstruction! Never cross a medium strip, just might loose the load!
the vehicle was too high to pass under the signs. They took the only possible route without dismantling the road signs
There's an overhead sign on both lanes so they had to either cross over or take down one of the signs..
It looks higher from he! What is that anyway looks weird
@Vel Glavan , just as well no Aussies were employed organising this load 😂
Not delivered to China?
The Chinese made copies?
Normal way of doing business by Chinese "companies".
No the transformer was just too big to send, too dangerous aswell.
They shipped the insides of it but they kept the shell here.
Vad säger Greta Thunberg om den där?
People will suffer! People will die!
Euro trcuk smilator 😂😂
That transformer will not last.
It is not a transformer, just a transformer tank
The ugliest art ever. Just hate what they did to a nice green area with that piece of junk on it.
