Zoroarks dark themed colors and style really reflect in my tastes, but it transformed into a monstrous style. And I also got stuff from digimon too!! Digimon Dusk and Dawn were some of my first games that I played through!
My fursona is a red fox / fennec fox hybrid. Part of it is because I do enjoy fennecs, but wanted it to be a part of me because while I may not be as physically hyper as them, I can be fairly all over the place mentally, while still being clever, kind, and thoughtful. I think the "me, but [an animal]" is sort of a default setting to fursonas, but what makes them unique are the aspects we choose for them in addition to that, both the positive and the occasional negative attributes. Still sort of a work-in-progress design-wise since I'm more of a writer than an artist (aka. commissioning artists to bring them to life), but sometimes even a simple MS Paint draft or crafting them by words & other images can help guide you to find which direction to bring your fursona.

And one of them decides to stay with you as your first party member. For me, I don't know if it was universal, that character was named Bonnie Anne. She was an anthro fox with a rifle, and who filled the role as a sharpshooter. This character is the only thing I remember from this game besides the flying barracudas. I wouldn't be surprised if maybe this was someone else's awakening, but I didn't stick with the game for long. I just think it's interesting that I remembered what might be a very obscure anthro character that a lot of people probably don't know about.
