A search for Burrows and Badgers content led me here. Absolutely delightful batrep! Would love to see more B&B! Poor "Brave" Sur Rubicles...Good luck, Hercules!
Loved this bat rep, and yes more B & B please.. your relaxed style and enthusiasm makes it fun viewing.. though it seems that someone needs to return to the archery range ...yes Fiddler I'm looking at you...there is one near me here in South Leicestershire that I am sure would be happy to oblige :) and maybe mage school (can't help there LOL)..... keep up the good work.. best wishes...
Cheers Martin. Thanks for taking the time to comment! We really appreciate any support! Apparently Fiddler had the sun in his eyes or something... Bad excuses!
@Alan: give that Hare of yours a big old two-handed weapon! I've been running a campaign with some friends, and my Hare is on Strike 20+3 with Strong 4. Basically murders everything 1st strike 😂
I'm really liking this game and I can see my kids having fun with it too. I feel weird about being the only person pointing out mistakes but... Anna, remember Expert Shot on your Archer and Alan, you keep forgetting the -2 nimbleness from your Heavy Armour. I love the character cards (Oathsworn should think about making some themselves) and you laminated them didn't you to make it super easy to track wounds... who's mr smarty-smarts eh ;) Great video as always, going to watch the next one now.
Please, tell us all our mistakes. It not only helps us but helps everyone else out who is watching too! Lots of people can learn together that way :) If we're still making silly mistakes in 10 bat reps time then it might be less excusable! Happy to make you some cards when you sort out your warband and list, just give us a shout :)
I was excited to see you're back posting again! Hope everything has gotten to a better place outside of the hobby, and looking forward to more great videos!
The cards and animations are very nice. The board rotation gives the viewer a complete picture of the battle. I haven't seen any battle report that does a better job, of creating B&B atmosphere. Keep up the great work, and I hope to see lots of B&B battle reports. A few points, The Kite's first attack was a 13, you forgot the +2 for charging into combat. Tactically, if you had the mole go before the Kite, then the Kite would have gotten another +2 which would have been 15 total. I don't think you can go below zero in your roll offs. You might want to take slippery for your Kite. It allows you to leave combat without giving up an attack. You can almost always get a charge bonus, while helping other team mates.
Thanks very much for the batrep Anna and Alan, I really enjoyed this one and what a close fought battle it was. I have started my own warband partially because of your first upload. You may have seen "Froggy" (Frederick Froglington 3rd) on Blackjack legacy F/B page - much painting practise required to get to your level of beautifully painted minis.
Awesome news! Good to have you join the Burrowers! Best compliment we can get is when someone picks up the game because of one of our videos! Cheers mate.
It is very interesting to me, how the board size changes the game... I have played most games on a table, so quite a bit bigger. We almost never have turn 1 combat, but longer range weapons, like the calibre, become better.
Yep, games are probably very different, but we don't have much space so smaller board size is better for filming. We have played some bigger games off camera :) they're all fun in their own way
@@RedRoseWargaming Yes, for your filming setup (and overall viewing enjoyment) I think the warcry board is best! Allows the viewer to actually see what is going on 😁
Hiya! Unfortunately due to Covid and our jobs we've not been able to meet up, film or play anything at all, so we've had zero content for everything. We'll be back with more burrows soon! (we hope)
Let us know if you'd like us to film more Burrows and Badgers!
Awesome batrep guys, looking forward to seeing more in the future.
Yes please
where are the cards from?
Yes please!
More B&B!

Would very much like to see more B&B on a regular basis on your channel, love these bat reps!!
Cheers! We really enjoy the game but not sure how much an audience there is!
Thanks for another awesome Burrows and Badgers batrep. Great fun to watch.
Thanks for all your support Kristian
I need to know how you guys do the spinning board effect.
Good watch! Looking forward to getting back for some games. Need to carve a piece of Great Harewood out for my mice

🤟
Cheers Hal, hope you are well mate!
@@RedRoseWargaming Yup, been a tough slugging but doing okay. Hope the same for you guys as well.

Really enjoyed this one, brutal and so on a knife edge at the end. Love the intro and overlay graphics beautifully done and atmospheric.
Cheers Tony!
This was awesome!!! Please play more!!

That production value tho
Where did you get and/or make those character reference cards?
We put them together in Photoshop. There is a link to the psd file in the Facebook group
@@RedRoseWargaming thanks :)
can a flying creature
be equipped with heavy armour?
greetings, where can I get the cards, is there a program to create them?
