Too bad the Owl only carries two people. Stella Lux won on practical points. Carried more passengers. This slowed the vehicle but by carrying more people it gained practical points and won the race. It is not about speed but speed while being practical. The Japanese failed to see this point. The Cruiser Class is about practicality. Making a vehicle that can be manufactured and accepted by a family. The students have to realize they are making manufacturing history. Making a vehicle that will be a large part of the future of personal transportation. Coming in first is only one part of the race. Holding four people, comfort and trunk space will be considered.
