    As a result, we have throbosis of the subclavian vein and brachiocephalic vein due to mechanical
    damage to the TOS. Compression of two IJVs and dynamic compression of the vertebral veins
    gives us a TIA. In this case, the vertebral artery is very unlikely to compress after physical exertion;
    there is a vertebral plexus of veins around the artery, and it is softer, so it will compress them. Also
    the web of the VV muscles of the neck.

    VV compressed scalene and longus colli muscles. IJV compressed stylohyoid muscle and transverse processes of the atlas
