Gallagher does not pat the boy on the shoulder..What he does is to high 5 the door jamb..it was definitely a deliberate act . was it because the boy was black only Gallagher knows...What ppl see on cctv or camera is not always as it seems ..example you thought he pats boy on shoulder I can 100% say he doesn't..both Sterling and Gallagher appear tall and but as Gallagher high 5s the door jamb ..he can't use Sterling's excuse which would simply be ..he doesn't notice him because the boy is not at eye level...that would be plausible
