You can do it by your own products at home like oiling your hair than shaving and take shower style your hair put a mask on your face even with a naturel ones brush your teeth put on your favorite pyjama maybe put a perfume prepare a hot chocolate smoothie or tea it's so simple God help us girl ❤

Don’t forget to trim your candle wicks! I didn’t know at first either 🕯️😭 Trimming candle wicks helps candles last longer as well. Longer wicks tend to burn at a faster rate, which means they're used up more quickly. When you keep the wicks trimmed, you can expect to get more use out of your candles overall.

I’m in LA and nearly EVERYTHING is locked up at Target 😒 and also more expensive when you shop in store. But something you mentioned about your age really resonated with me! I was also an efficiency girlie in high school that had no qualms about rolling out of bed and going straight to school/work. It’s how I learned to tune out the satisfaction in scheduling myself realistically, like how you felt when arriving to an appointment early. Ignoring these feelings just led to anxiety and burn out, and I regressed to my old ways during the pandemic without needing to leave my house. It’s still a struggle in my mind to give myself this type of care, but I need to lean into those good feelings more. Your vulnerability is always such a joy to witness, thanks for sharing!
