The Durban July has a potential to lure Africa's richest and also become a signature event to the whole world that can lure the rich from Dubai, America, UK to experience the glitz , glamour in Africa. It is up to the Durban Tourism to make sure that goal is achieved. However the event has not even reached its potential by even 40 % on a global scale.
