Once thing he missed to upgrade that is he doesn't have a second arc reactor in any of his suit and nearly died in iron man 1 when obidah stole his arc reactor

U missed 2 bro. One he add tissue regenerating mode in his suit and on civil war when antman get inside his suit so he made airtight suit
After seeing how his weapons were used by terrorist organisation, Tony stark improved his mistake by shutting down his weapon manufacturing and decided that his company could do better.

So in his endgame suit he made is shield and other close combact weapons like projections
He learnt from spiderman homecoming and had a spray that healed+sodlered🔥
