I agree. For me personally, I feel this way with Lapras the most. Some games I dominate and other it gets shut down hard. I haven't found a good midway build for it because it feels like it desperately needs 1 more item.

use curse inscence instead of exp share , and have a solar beam venusaur by yourside ,perish sing works best here . see the magic not a single lose
