Great job.
1)Crucial point is putting c-clamp at the round corner. For that i would suggest use small piece of pipe under the clamp and it will press the ply board snugly to achieve perfect adhesion.
2)To avoid c-clamp markings on ply board use some rubber or wooden packing underneath.
3)use router machine for finishing.
