I need to make them again because I love them…thanks for the inspiration!! You mentioned the other day that your step dad was Polish…my grandpa was Polish…I sure miss my grandparents!! Yes Anna, I did so enjoy this video. My mom and dad made cabbage rolls also and sometimes they just made a casserole with all the ingredients and didn’t make the roll. I told you I’ve started to try to eat better and I was thinking that did not look very fattening might be something that I want to try. I would love to have a tiny little place to keep clean like that too. Plans are that at some point my oldest daughter and her husband will move away from the coast they have actually bought land in the hill country of Texas which is beautiful. They bought enough for me to have a small house in the back. Not sure if that’s the way we’re gonna go but at some point I will be downsizing. Contractors came today and got a lot of work done on the deck. However they won’t be back again till Monday. It is taking them so long they’re trying to make everybody happy. I can’t wait till they get finished with the deck because I have so many plans out there. Can’t wait till you get back home and see what you’re up to there. Thanks for all these great videos. Your golumpki look scrumptious! I never thought about simmering them on top of the stove. Great idea! The Ukrainians use buckwheat instead of rice and they are so good. I knew a little old Ukrainian lady years ago that made them that way. She was so sweet. Looking forward to your Christmas decorating! Safe travels!
Since you mentioned missing having a garden there at your Florida location, I missed seeing you refresh your Tennessee garden earlier this fall. I enjoyed all the mums and pansies you added last year, then all the Halloween decorations, that was fun! I don’t know if you’ll have time when you get back, but I hope so!

Use command strips instead of nails on your mantle. Or what i do is i have a 1/2 inch board the length of my mantle and i secure everything to the board. And you don't see the board and i don't have to nail into my mantle.

Total process was maybe 30 minutes! Super easy!

but he would stir in 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of vinegar

They don't work. Gets to hot and the sticky stuff melts. Nails are fine. The tiny ones
