- I had the opportunity to experience and judge one of the best curry duck competitions at Kamachie's Restaurant and Bar. All of the food was amazing but at the end of the day there was only one winner. We judged the best curry duck, best pepper roti, best coconut chutney, best presentation and best uniform.

Enjoyed watching this video but when the Mc asked for a man to challenge the guy where was Bucket or Kevin they have better waistline than him Vedesh is the best of all time in cooking curry duck!!!!!! Aunty Helen and Aunty Dan are the professors doctrine in curring duck,fish,chicken, etc.... They teach others how to cook right. Happy Indian Arrival Day to the Trini life with Vedesh family.

. But I only sharing my professional knowledge and trying to help..see the crew in blue..Ace of Curry..notice he gave u guys water.He know Culinary. Kevin has to grow up some what...You already have fun on the channel...I would have use this event to display a more serious side to the crew.not every thing is to play play with...You want to carry the flag not drag it.just my 2cents Guys
When are we getting part 2 ?
It is one of the best channels for uncertified Culinary professionals....big difference being people oriented and being good Culinary wise..ie Peper shrimp is simple ginger n garlic..when u add paprika n s.benni n all these million n 1 herbs u changed the Aunthenicity of the people recipe...I don't get no love on my comments because they usually not appreciated because it's the Truth!!..Truth usually not appreciated. But if u want to be truly recognized u must love the truth and be open minded.

If I was inn that competition I would have issues...1st things first.There is a very important reason why in competitions u see water on judges station...To refresh the palett or taste Budds..that is failure #1...#2 is Vedesh admitted on camera he very hungry..you don't judge a competition hungry because for most when hungry every thing taste good...#3 big competition n ppl tasting thing from their hands??I not sure if this was just habbit or lack of proper testing utensils..It have more but that is just the 3major ones.
