Trust me doing work to your first house is such a process, I'm currently redecorating mine and It feels like forever but it's so worth it. Take before and after pictures to remind you how far you've come xx

I feel the same about short hair, I had my hair short and a lot of people think that short hair is an easy ride but if you have hair like mine when you wash it you have to do something with it or it just looks a huge bush and it just doesn't sit nice. At least with long hair you can throw it into a bun if you cannot be bothered short hair doesn't allow you to do that. I found it more maintenance than long hair x
