Hit and Run Caught on Cam

- I am not Law Enforcement, all footage was submitted within 48hrs to Ramsey County Sheriff's Office via Axon Evidence. Audio has been muted in a few spots where personal conversations and information were exchanged. I've spoken with the Deputy that handled this case before and after my footage was submitted. Both the Town Car and Ford Pickup Truck involved were caught by Law Enforcement.
On Jan. 26th, 2022 I was on my way out of St Paul, MN to go get dinner with my passenger. As I was waiting to turn left onto I-94E, a gray Lincoln Town Car tried squeezing between 2 lanes of traffic. A white Ford F-250/350 was following behind the Town Car as well. The Town Car struck a 2014-2018 Chevy Silverado on the front half of the vehicle and hopped onto I-94E. I activated Red, Amber, and White Lighting on my vehicle and followed after the driver of the Town Car. Prior to entering the intersection, I verified my right side was clear and that all traffic in front of me was stopped. 911 was contacted as I followed the Town Car onto I-94E. The video ends and I continue on my way to dinner.

someone did hit my car once and ran. I chased after them while on the phone with 911..... I chased them down the sheriff pulled them over and stopped them... I showed the cops the dash cam footage the driver Lied and said they didn't hit my car. they lied and said they didn't know i was behind them. when I showed the dash cam footage the other driver was arrested on the spot. Charged with Hit and run which is a Felony in my state. and 2 obstruction of justice. Their insurance paid for my car and I made them pay for a rental car and gas for the rental car.

It's on my TikTok, it's ran to meet State statue for both Wisconsin and Minnesota. Amber/White Front, Red/Amber Rear. The vehicle is my business demo vehicle and also my daily. Why do I have to explain that to you though? I submitted this footage to Law Enforcement 10+ months ago, and I've spoken with a Deputy that handled the case. They had no issues with my setup.

So you run the red light just to snitch to the law breaking ass police you should have just went over & gave the people who got hit the video stop snitching bro what if that crazy guy had of shot at you for chasing him it wasn't worth it
Zoom in and let me know the plate number and the driver description while I'm sitting across the intersection. Ramsey County saw the footage, had no issues. Thanks for the concern

I wasn't in any more danger than normal everyday driving. I'm in a vehicle that I drive daily and know the capabilities/limitations of where I'm protected. If nobody helped Law Enforcement do you think they'd solve every crime? The reality is that the general public is supposed to be helpful when they can. If he wants to start shooting, I know how much distance is behind me so I can brake.
