As far as what has been mentioned in a few narrations that Ali (R.A.) and Zubair (R.A.) gathered at the house of Fatima (R.A.) and Umar (R.A) went there and threatened them, I would like to say that apparently after the burial of Rasoolullah (S.A.W.) and before the general Bay’at in the Masjid, Ali (R.A.) and Zubair (R.A.) and a few Muhajireen Sahabah gathered at the house of Fatima (R.A.) and thought that because the general Bay’at had not yet been taken, we should appoint Ali (R.A.) as the Khalifah. They discussed this matter amongst themselves and Zubair (R.A.) also announced that he will back Ali (R.A.) with his sword. On the other hand many of the Muhajireen and Ansaar had already taken Bay’at on the hands of Abubakar (R.A.) at Saqeefa Bani Saaidah, now if another Khalifah had to be appointed, there was a great fear of revolt and the Ansaar would again have demanded that an Ameer be appointed from amongst them. Therefore, in order to suppress this revolt Umar (R.A) went to Fatima (R.A.)’s house and at that time Ali (R.A.) and Zubair (R.A.) were not present. It has been stated in Kanzul Ummal that Umar (R.A) told Fatima (R.A.) that: “O the daughter of Rasoolullah (S.A.W.), nobody from amongst the people is more beloved to me than your father and nobody is more beloved to me than you after your father. I have received the bad news that these people are gathering in your house and conspiring against the Khilaafat of Abubakar. If they do not stop conspiring then by Allah! I will burn their homes.” On saying this Umar (R.A) left and when Ali (R.A.) and Zubair (R.A.) arrived at the house of Fatima (R.A.), Fatima (R.A.) said to them: “Do you know that Umar came to see me and he has taken an oath that if you conspire against the Khilaafat of Abubakar he will burn your homes? By Allah! Umar will most definitely fulfil his oath. Therefore leave my house with the intention of dropping your opinions and thoughts and do not return with the same object.” Ali (R.A.) and Zubair (R.A.) left the house and did not gather there again until they took Bay’at on the hands of Abubakar (R.A.). (Kanzul Ummal, Vol. 5, Page 651)
From this narration of Kanzul Ummal a few points have become clear and evident:
When Umar (R.A) arrived at Fatima (R.A.)’s house Ali (R.A.) and Zubair (R.A.) were not present, therefore neither did Umar (R.A) meet them nor did a fight or quarrel break out.

Umar (R.A) associated with Fatima (R.A.) in a very respectful manner and also mentioned to her that she was more beloved to him than his own children.
Umar (R.A) did not threaten Fatima (R.A.) in any way.
When Umar (R.A) left Fatima (R.A.)’s house, both Fatima (R.A.) and her home were sound and intact. No harm was afflicted on either of them. Later when Ali (R.A.) arrived Fatima (R.A.) did not complain of Umar (R.A) behaving in a disrespectful manner, rather she advised him not to oppose Umar (R.A) and not to conspire against the Khilaafat of Abubakar (R.A.) in her house in future.
Ali (R.A.) and Zubair (R.A.) took Bay’at on the hands of Abubakar (R.A.) without any coercion.
The accusations that have been levelled against Umar (R.A) that he broke down the door of Ali (R.A.)’s house and approached Ali (R.A.) and Fatima (R.A.) in a disrespectful manner and due to this Fatima (R.A.) suffered a miscarriage is totally false and a mere fabrication. In reality those who levelled this accusation are disgracing and Ali (R.A.) and Fatima (R.A.) and also making a mockery of Islam. Was Ali (R.A.) so cowardly that he could not defend his house nor avenge his wife?! When Ali (R.A.) became Khalifah why did he not take revenge nor claim the blood money from the family of Umar (R.A) for the child that he had lost?! The ones who narrate these types of narrations are in actual fact the enemies of Islam. They portray the Sahabah (R.A.) in front of the Kuffar in such a fallacious manner that they were thirsty for governance, they had no legal system, the strong used to suppress the weak, to speak the truth was a crime, the oppressors were not punished, lies were spoken in order to please rulers, just as the hypocrites they too had hatred in their hearts for their rulers. Can your heart accept such accusations and nonsense? Could the senior Sahabah behaved in such a manner? Were such Sahabah not capable of demolishing great empires such as that of Qaisar and Kisra with scanty ammunitions and means? Will Allah Ta’ala assist such oppressors

According to both Sunni and Shia narrations, Hadrat Abu Bakr (radhiallahu anhu) was greatly saddened by the developments and by Hadrat Fatima’s displeasure. He went to great lengths to please her while remaining firm on the Shariah. He went to her home, stood at her door in the midday sun and asked Hadrat Ali (radhiallahu anhu) to be his intercessor in his sincere attempt to placate and please Hadrat Fatima (radhiallahu anha). Ultimately she became pleased with him and accepted his decision. These narrations appear in Madaarijun Nubuwwah, Kitaabul Wafaa, Baihaqi and in the commentaries of Mishkaat (all authoritative Kitaabs of the Ahlus Sunnah).
Kitaabul Muwaafiqah narrates that Anaani said:
“ Abu Bakr (radhiallahu anhu) came to the door of Fatima (radhiallahu anha) in the midday sun and said: ‘I shall not leave from here as long as the daughter of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) remains displeased with me. Hadrat Ali (radhiallahu anhu) came to Fatima (radhiallahu anha) and giving her an oath urged her to become pleased. Then she became pleased (with Hadrat Abu Bakr).”
Further narrations state: [as quoted above]
When Hadrat Fatima (radhiallahu anha) fell sick Abu Bakr Siddiq (radhiallahu anhu) came and asked permission to see her.
Ali said: “Fatima, here is Abu Bakr asking permission to see you.” She said: “Would you like me to give him permission?” (Al-Dhahabi said in the Siyar (Al Arna’ut ed. 2:121): “She applied the Sunna by not giving permission to anyone to enter her husbands house except by his command.”)
He said yes, whereupon she gave him permission. He entered to see her, seeking her good pleasure, and said: “By Allah! I did not leave my house, property, family, and tribe except to please Allah, and to please His Prophet, and to please you, the People of the House (ahl al bayt)! He continued to seek her good pleasure until she was pleased.” [*]
[*] Bayhaqi (rahimullah) in al Sunan al Kubra (6:300-301) and Dala’il al-Nubuwwa (7:273-281) who said: “It is narrated with a fair (hasan) chain.”
Muhibb al Din al-Tabari (rahimullah) cited it in al Riyad Al Nadira (2:96-97 #534) and Dhahabi (rahimullah)in the Siyar (Ibid).
Ibn Kathir (rahimullah) states it as Sahih in his Al Bidayah and Ibn Hajar (rahimullah) in his Fath Al Bari.

Then why Ali[ra] buried her secretly:
THIS DOESNOT MEAN ANYTHING BCOZ HERE IS THE SAME HADITH:
Bukhari 2.339: Narrated Ibn `Abbas. A person died and Allah’s Apostle used to visit him. He died at night and (the people) buried him at night. In the morning they informed the Prophet (about his death). He said, “What prevented you from informing me?” They replied, “It was night and it was a dark night and so we disliked to trouble you.” The Prophet went to his grave and offered the (funeral) prayer.
Note: This could have been the very same reason for not troubling hz abu bakar(ra) but when later informed he offered the funeral prayer again.
The Shiite asked why was Fatima[ra] buried at night, I want to ask Why was the prophet PBUH buried at night? and why was Aisha[ra]buried at night and many others? You think it’s something strange that people be buried at night? think again.
Secondly women ask specifically to be buried at night because they don’t want anyone to see their bodies even in death and this is out of shyness.
Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah says in his Minaaj al Sunnah:
وكذلك ما ذكره من إيصائها أن تُدفن ليلا ولا يصلي عليها أحد منهم لا يحكيه عن فاطمة ويحتج به إلا رجل جاهل يطرق على فاطمة ما لا يليق بها
he was saying was that Fatimah didn’t request to not be prayed over by Abu Bakr and others.

Shia always fabricate the story from non-authentic sunni sources, that Umar[ra] threatened to burn the house of Fatima[ra]! & umar[ra] hit her with handle of sword and that resulted in abortion of son namely mohsin & then they beated Ali[ra] for allegiance [bayah].
& they use this sahih hadith from bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 546 as a support & combine it with non-authentic reports & as a whole they imply that what they [shia] portray is correct!
But the truth is that: Aisha (r.a) narrated what she knew. And she didn’t know that Ali (r.a) pledged allegiance in the very beginning. When people started to talk that he didn’t pledged allegiance, he came and did it second time to avoid fitnah & we have sahih hadith which clearly says Ali(ra) gave bayah to abu bakr(ra) on the very first day.
Here is the sunni hadith [sahih isnad but mursal hadith], which proves that umar[ra] neither attacked not threaten fatima[ra] but it shows that umar[ra] showed her merits, from mosanif ibn abi sheebah, vol 13,book maghazi, page 201,hadeeth 38061
This arabic statement ” أن يحرق عليهم البيت ” is the biggest shia trick to deceive the non-arabic members:
Muhammad ibn Bishr from Ubaydullah ibn Umar from Zayd ibn Aslam from his father Aslam [the mawla of Umar.]
When Abu Bakr received the pledges of allegiance after the Messenger of Allah, Ali and al-Zubayr used to enter the presence of Fatima the daughter of the Messenger of Allah and consult with her and hesitate in their allegiance. When news of this reached Umar ibn al-Khattab, he came out until he entered Fatima’s presence and said: “Daughter of the Messenger of Allah, none in all creation was more dearly beloved to me than your father, and none is more beloved to us after him than you. However, by Allah, this shall not prevent me, if that group gathers in your house, to order that their house be set afire!” When Umar went out, they came and she said: “Do you know that `Umar came to me and swore by Allah that if you were to come back, he shall surely burn the door with you inside! By Allah, he shall certainly fulfill what he swore, so go away in peace, flee from your opinion, and do not come back to see me.” They left her and did not return to see her until they pledged their allegiance to Abu Bakr.”

  • @ShiaalaunnatWaljamat
    @ShiaalaunnatWaljamat 4 місяці тому +1

    Points to note:
    1. Ameer al-Mu‘mineen Omar bin al-Khattab[ra] showed the rank of Fatima[ra] by saying she was most beloved to the people and him after her father.
    2. Omar[ra] did not threaten Fatima[ra], but warned her about those gathering in her house. This can be seen by the statement ‘Alaihim’ and not ‘Alaikum’ in the statement ” أن يحرق عليهم البيت ” “if that group gathers in your house, to order that their house be set afire”.
Comment: But shia play the game with arabic because they are jahil persians.
Now the second problem arises for shia’s is that Ali(ra) gave his own daughter to Umar(ra) in nikah & even shia have sahih hadiths on that, as discussed here & here.
Then after this, they will show you this:
Umar Ibn al-Khattab came to the house of Ali. Talha and Zubair and some of the immigrants were also in the house. Umar cried out: “By God, either you come out to render the oath of allegiance, or I will set the house on fire.” al-Zubair came out with his sword drawn. As he stumbled (upon something), the sword fell from his hand so they jumped over him and seized him.”
    - Tarikh Tabari Volume 9 page 187
    Chain of Transmission:
Mohammed Ibn Humayd: the source of a significant portion of Tarikh Tabari; Ahmed Ibn Hanbal, Ibn Mo’een and Ibn Jarir Tabari considered him trustworthy, although the like of Dhahabi disagreed with that (refer to Mizan al I’tidaal)
Jarir: Ahmed Ibn Hanbal narrated from him in his Musnad, as did Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi
Mugheera: “Scholar, trusted in hadith, wise” Tahtheeb al-Tahtheeb Volume 10 Page 270 #482.
    Nisaii likewise trusted him.
Ziyad Ibn Kulayb: Mizan al I’tidaal by Dhahabi, Volume 2 #798 - Nisaii said he was thiqah (trustworthy) as did Ibn Hajar and Ibn Haban
But the problem is that the narration from Tarikh Tabari. It comes via chain:
ابن حميد قال حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن زياد بن كليب
There are several problems in this chain.
    1) Ibn Humayd: Razi said
He mixes asnaad (chain of narrations) and matan (text) of narrations
    Nasai said:
He is not trustworthy (ليس بثقة)
    Asadi said:
I have never seen a natural liar, except for two persons: Sulaymân ash-Shâdhakûnî and Muhammad ibn Humayd ar-Razi. 22
    Al Iraqi said
He is one of the liars
    Jozjani said
He is not trustworthy (غير ثقة)

Jarir ibn Hazim was thiqat, but he got confused in the end of his life. Abdurrahman ibn Mahdi noted that no one heard from him in that time (Abu Saeed al-Alai “al-Mukhtalitin” №8) Ibn Hajar said that he has errs when narrated from his memory. (Taqrib).
      3) Mughira ibn Muqsim made tadlis, as he was described by Nasai, and this hadith he reported in muanan form.
      4) Ziyad ibn Kulaib Abu Muashar al-Kufi. He was thiqat, but he wasn’t companion. In “Tahzib al-kamal” written the he died in 110 or 119 hijri. Prophet (sallalahu alaihi wa ala alihi wa sallam) died in 11 hijri. So this ibn Kulaib very unlikely was a eye witness of that alleged forced bayah to Abu Bakr (r.a).
So the hadith is weak & disconnected & has the gap of around 100yrs in between the incident.

Answer: No, it is not a contradiction. It is said in Bukhari that she did not talk till she died. This means she did not talk about FADAK till she died because she was satisfied by the answer given by Abu Bakr[ra] afterwards.
Now still shia try to show that: No, she was angry, & whosoever angered her, angered the prophet & who soever angered prophet angered ALLAH.
Answer: We ahul-sunnah also have sahih hadith that Ali[ra] angered her. Did u saw any ahul-sunnah try to say on that issue that: Ali[ra] angered Fatima[ra] therefore Ali[ra] angered ALLAH? [nauzubillah]
But this slander is only raised by shia’s.
In any case if bil-Fardh Sayyidah Fatimah Radhi Allahu ‘anha did not stop being angry with Sayyidina Abu Bakr Radhi Allahu `anhu, this would reflect badly on Sayyidah Fatimah not on Abu Bakr. Rasoolullah Sallallahu `alyhi wa Sallam was angry with people who quarreled with Abu Bakr, even when it was Abu Bakr who was more at fault!
It is narrated in Sahih Bukhari, kitab ut-Tafseer:
There was a dispute between Abu Bakr and ‘Umar, and Abu Bakr made Umar angry. So ‘Umar left angrily. Abu Bakr followed him, requesting him to ask forgiveness (of Allah) for him, but ‘Umar refused to do so and closed his door in Abu Bakr’s face. So Abu Bakr went to Allah’s Apostle while we were with him. Allah’s Apostle said, “This friend of yours must have quarrelled (with somebody).” In the meantime ‘Umar repented and felt sorry for what he had done, so he came, greeted (those who were present) and sat with the Prophet and related the story to him. Allah’s Apostle became angry and Abu Bakr started saying, “O Allah’s Apostle! By Allah, I was more at fault (than Umar).” Allah’s Apostle said, “Will you people not leave, for my sake, my companion? When I said, ‘O people I am sent to you all as the Apostle of Allah,’ you said, ‘You tell a lie.’ while Abu Bakr said, ‘You have spoken the truth .”
