    Phil, those locking handles you were struggling with and dissembling are easier to use than you believe. Instead of removing the screw holding them together, just pull the handle straight out and align it where you want. No need for disassembly for major adjustments. I was chuckling every time I saw you fight with one lol.

      Lol thanks, I did learn how those handles work. One of the downsides to making videos is the preservation of my ignorance

    That's pretty high speed for a bit of kit that requires no welding. I dig it

      Absolutely! I don't know how I failed to mention it was a no-weld grinder, another big reason I bought it. On a side note, one of your grinder build videos actually had the most coherent information on motor wiring, it helped me a lot.

    I'm in the market to purchase a grinder and I've narrowed it down too 2...brodbeck being one of them. But I'd rather pay a little more and have it powder coated, pre-wired, and ready to go. That being said I do like the integral attachment.

    The strain relief should only be finger tight you can cut into the wires if you use tools to tighten it🤙

    Glad that tensioner assembly didn’t only confuse me. Lol. I’m working on the belt tracking now.

      I had to edit out most of the caveman sounds to cut down the runtime of the video

    Great video mate and awesome grinder. Have you figured out how to use the adjustable handles without unscrewing them? They are spring loaded so you can pull them out and move them to where you want them 👍👍

    • @PhilBaumhardt
      @PhilBaumhardt  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks man, yeah I have some video equipment with those springs, I'm not 100% if the brodbeck has them, but I did learn about that after posting the video haha

      Yup its still running good, I still like it. I did end up building a switch for it, that would be my only recommendation.
