It has been about 5 years since I first listened to this, since then, I have listened after a stressful day to calm down and have well needed rest, or after a happy day when I’m smiling to myself in bed. We can all be alone even if we're with someone. Overthinking at night seems to be my thing too. I've found just listening to hypnosis videos seems to help me sleep and my mind also stops and just listens to the voice. Love and Light ❤
