For their financing questions. Buying a house at this interest rate is really bad you’re paying WAY too much in interest for an already overpriced house. Financing a car is good and bad. If it’s a cheap car, I’d say $20k and under buy cash. But past that when you’re financing a new car, the amount it’s depreciating is going to be the banks money. If you buy it cash, might as well set 15% on fire. When you lease you have a lot of restrictions and pay more for something not owned. It is generally better to have access to that capital when you get a car and save/invest because now you’ll have that additional $20k etc in case there is an emergency. Of course do not finance a car with a payment amount of more than 10% of your take home income.
