I started wishing in Kokomi banner with a " misfortune slip" and I got Diluc c2 , then wished on the weapon banner and I got the Jade cutter for my Ayaka and now she does like 5k more damage and looks gorgeous while doing it.
I want the Jade cutter, but Mihoyo give me the Kokomi's weapon, so I give it to my Barbara cuz I don't want her :')

As a kaeya main i love this
I was saving for Albedo and I told my friend she could do on ten pull on the weapons banner and my pity was 37 and I said if she got a five star she could spend all my wishes and I had 50 wishes and she got the Polar Star in on ten pull so she got to spend every last wish I had and I got Aquila Favonia but I can't complain as a Kaeya main and I wanted the Aquila for him anyway.
You never pull on the weapon banner unless you are willing to commit 240 pulls...

Hi Dish.
I would like to share my personal thoughts about the weapon banner, hoping they can help someone.
The more we wish on the weapon banner, the less enjoyment we get from wishing on the character banner when getting 4 star weapons, from obtaining billets for craftabile weapons, from doing quests and events which rewards 4 star weapons. The paid Battle Pass also loses value.
In the long run, one would need to wish on the weapon banner more and more to get back part of an enjoyment that used to be free and much more consistent.
Every Wish on the weapon banner is also one less Wish we can do to get the characters we desire.
A character is something which adds a lot to the game, new abilities, many new team combinations. Every character also has a personality, a story.
A Constellation level sometimes (rarely) unlocks new ways of playing a character, sometimes can make playing a character less tedious or more enjoyable. The C1 from Hu Tao could be an example.
A 5 Star weapon is often mostly just a flat damage bonus, and maybe something we could enjoy aesthetically.
