this fabricator is 100 percent LEGIT badarse, over here in Australia we have a commodore with LS motor and they have a shorty extractors from factory ,im almost sure that they would of bolted staright up ,either way just beautiful work man ,all up coming apprentices need to follow this fabricator ,world class ,massive respect from Australia,i wonder if the fabricator truly knows how talented he is ,i mean this is incredibly difficult ,trust me i know ,this particular video should be compulsory viewing at schools for young ones who want to enter this trade ,im showing everyone at work TODAY
Would it have been easier to find a manifold set that would have fit? Yes. Would it have made as good of an episode? Definitely not! lol We're glad you liked the episode! Thanks for all the support every week!
Hi guys, I'm from Argentina!! Your videos are great!! I see all of them! Just one question... I can see that you always close both sides of the exhaust when you are welding. Can you please explain me why?? I'm just curious
We're capping of one end and filling the pipe with gas through the other side. Filling it with argon keeps the welds clean on the inside. It makes them nicer, smoother, and stronger when you can only weld the exhaust from one side!
We just figured out our transmission problem. We've been putting together the interior while we were waiting and we're gearing up to give y'all an episode really soon!
Dave kills it once again💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Dave is always killing it!
I could watch Dave work his craft all day long.

Thank you so much for the love! We really appreciate the support! It really means a lot to us here!
Dave! You're a magician!
Truly an auto wizard!
Yes! Merc video notification! YT isn't blocking these anymore!
The engine compartment is going to be super clean! I didn’t think I would but I’m loving this build!
It is really coming together!
Those exhaust manifolds are incredible!
Thanks!
Measure twice, cut once, then readjust to fit just right. Excellent work!
Love these videos although would much prefer it if there was no background music
Then they would just be silent!
yeah! Would love to just listen to the shop talk or machinery.
Apologies, im a weirdo
Dave bringing the redemption on building headers.
Not just headers, manifolds. Which seem easy, but actually ended up being a whole lot harder!
Impressive welding and building skills! Nice Job!
Thank you very much!
Awesome Video. Just wish it was longer!!
We try to make sure we're showing you guys as much work as possible without all the filler dragging it down!
@@SalvagetoSavage load up the filler.
Love the creativity, plus Dave is rocking the mustache. Great job guys😊

Luis!!! Hope your week is going great bro!
A lot of work went into that exhaust manifold. It looks great though. I enjoyed the episode.

Thank you!
good job man 👍💪
Thank you!
Id love to see a video on how to cope pipe in weird situations like that. Im a fab noob and cant seem to find any good videos on the subject!
Maybe we'll try to get one whipped up for you sometime soon! That would make a good video!
Yes those copes are amazing, especially the one coped to fit the cone shape!
Good👍
Kinda great job indeed ! 😊
Thank you!!
Can you make a custom center console for the W126 Mercedes LS swap?
If the customer is down for it!
Ice engine works. Please buy a set

Can you paint the W126 Mercedes LS3 Swap in Bentley's Orange Flame exterior color?
We're leaving the paint choice up to the customer!
Awesome as usuel, any new chevelle videos?
We just figured out our transmission problem. We've been putting together the interior while we were waiting and we're gearing up to give y'all an episode really soon!
yeah, but what about the spark plugs?? :p
My s63 is next I am G / I AMG
What steering rack did you guys use?
It's just a OEM Mercedes rack out of a late model Benz!
@@SalvagetoSavage thank you
How many hrs went into that manifold fab?
If I had to guess, at least one day per manifold. So 8-10 hours each.
Looks great 😍 I bet it was many hours. Good gas flow 👍
I need to build equal length manifolds for my Merc M120 V12 project
I'm a little surprised you didn't go real high with that drivers side header. Then you could access the plugs under is rather than over it.
