Hi ron the conditions are quite testing after the long heavy frezze thaw cycles hopefully February will deliver a huge dump on these beautiful mountains aye you will definitely have to sharpen these crampons for this type of conditions really enjoyed your coments on the mountain and enjoyed the video
Snow great and ice thin but building until the next massive thaw! Never experienced a winter with such rapid daily temperature fluctuations or so wet in the east!
@@kevinw1129 For me Monday and Tuesday have been the best days of the season so far though have not felt any motivation to go into Sneachda as it’s that thin, loose and busy!
