Sylver Myst - My 3rd Eye

Sylver Myst is a symphonic/gothic metal band from the Netherlands formed in 2001. They rely on both soprano vocals and death growls and their sound is quite similar to Epica's, After Forever's or Leaves' Eyes'.

Serenity was also supporting act there:-)

I'm a metal head as well, but on the other hand I really like opera.... so, this is a great option for me ^^

Unfortunately we split up in 2010 so that's why the site wasn't working anymore. Hopefully will have a new band soon. I have been working as a guestsinger all over the place ever since we split up.

I think that the growls are really well done! At least compared to Epica's... haha.
I like the female singer (Tasmara) but there are songs where her voice sounds better.

Well... there's a lot of bands that seem to prefer sexy singers before talented singers. For example Forever Slave. A shame, really.
I mean, lady Angelyca is beautiful, but I do prefer a singer with a beautiful voice...

Instrumental sounds good, the male voice works, but her voice is too high for me to enjoy the song.
