Palestine is still not an independent state recognized by the United Nations, only a persecuted Muslim community. Therefore, it cannot be said to be a violation of Article 102 of the Constitution of India. And as a Muslim, speaking for a Muslim in any part of the world is another Muslim's duty of faith.
